Setting up the appointment was easy. The bridal shop itself was clean and smelled amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and sweet. The stylist asked plenty of questions to understand the direction I was going in and she was patient the whole time. I had a great experience from start to finish. Jennifer and her staff are absolutely amazing. Even though shopping for a wedding dress can be overwhelming, I had such a pleasant experience here. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from which makes the process more seamless. I initially went in feeling like I may not find a dress that's "me" or that I would have to just order online to find what I wanted, but Lia's service and her taste in dresses blew me away. I tried on several dresses and said "yes" to one of the two dresses she selected for me. I came on 3/1 in a very desperate attempt in finding a last minute dress for my wedding that is on the 7th. I didn’t have an appointment but the woman at the desk asked me to come back in a few hours and they would be able to help me. I came back and was met by a wonderful woman named Lia who sat down with me and got some information from me. I didn’t give her much to go off of but she helped me find some options and we were able to find the perfect wedding dress. Lia was so amazing and I was fortunate to be able to be helped by her. Since the wedding was in less than a week, I was worried about the alterations. Thankfully their alterations specialist Maya was on her way in and was able to accommodate me. I picked up my dress on 3/5 and it was perfection. I was able to meet the owner as well and she was so kind. The entire experience was beautiful and was meant to be. I am absolutely in love with my dress and can’t wait to wear it tomorrow.
