My husband and I came in after seeing a vehicle online. Julie reached out and got us an appointment scheduled with Brad and Luke. Our experience was awesome. We were treated with the upmost respect and kindness. They did everything they said they were going to. We have bought many vehicles from other dealers. Here at this dealership we have gotten the most interaction with everyone who helped on the purchase. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from this dealership and I couldn’t have been happier with how it went. Thank you to everyone for their hard work, dedication and respect. Brad is awesome at making you feel right at home. He didn’t try to sway us to another vehicle, he is awesome at what he does. Luke is amazing. He was apart of this entire process. Normally you see the managers only at signing, but Luke sat with us the entire time. I love that they don’t send your app all over to multiple banks. Thank you to everyone there on getting us the vehicles we wanted and loved. Our daughter will be driving in a few years, and we will be back when it’s time to get her one. I’ve been having trouble getting official documentation and title paperwork for the vehicle my fiancé and I bought back in October. (or so we thought we both did, until that turned out not the be the case once all said and done…that’s way deeper into this situation, anyways..) Yes, you read correctly, over 4 months ago, October 2024, my fiance and I went to buy a vehicle together, intending that both names be on the vehicle. Well, we have gone through 2 temp plates, and have been unable to drive the vehicle since the last one expired January 11th 2025. We have still have had to make payments on the vehicle, but have not been able to drive it due to obvious legal reasons, while also, currently still do not have a title for the vehicle.

After going as far as contacting the CEO of the Morgan Auto Group to get this resolved. We were then appointed to Lake City Honda, which is Lake City CDJR neighbors, to work a deal within the auto group to have our issue resolved in house. The Tuesday night we drove down to Lake City Honda (we arrived back home 2am) after INTENSE negotiations. Unfortunately we are still in the same predicament and we also had to get a police officer’s information to be able to get home incase we were pulled over with the expired plate.

Since I only have one review, I’ll go ahead and add my second vehicle situation.
In the beginning of December, we purchased a truck from them because they said due to all the complications of the challenger, “if we would just forget about it and stay quiet, they would give us a good deal on the truck.”

The truck that was purchased had a check engine light on it and we got told when it was brought around back, that it was just an O2 sensor. when we brought the truck back to get fixed, Andrew, the manager, and also the service lead, openly admitted to me that “it was a lie and that the truck was never checked and that they would fix it”. So I left the truck to them for two weeks and they were nice enough to give me a loaner during these two weeks, which I am super grateful for. Unfortunately absolutely nothing was fixed, and come to find out the issue was literally ducted taped together to be “fixed”.

Now due to all this, I have two vehicles I cannot drive. I have no way to transport myself nor my loved ones anywhere. This is a huge safety and health hazard for my family being high risk health. My fiancé is a Marine Corp Combat Vet and transportation is needed to get him to his appointments. Also, I’ve paid almost $10,000 on this car. I have not a single piece of paperwork for it at this point, no title paperwork, and along with all of this, extra medical bills and extreme amounts of stress within my family.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to not do business here as they are obviously untrustworthy, have no respect for Veterans, and ultimately just want to make sure they’re able to get paid.

First up - Julie Sullivan, who was my point of contact from the time I sent my online lead in to when my approval was pretty much a done deal. That next day phone call to break the good news was almost unbelievable, I couldn’t express too much excitement so that I won’t jinx it! She’s very communicative and thorough, and never gave up on me despite my situation.

Ted Hogan, the New Car Manager, who took the time to talk to me over the phone for over half an hour on a Friday night, trying his very best to get the deal approved to move forward. Now mind you, I live 2 and a half hours away from this dealership and he made sure he had everything done and squared away before I came over the next day.

Jerry Mote, who was the lucky Salesperson that got my deal. This is probably one, if not, the only sale he has made that week (or month, or maybe ever!) that only took literally minutes to close. A Marine Vet and avid Wrestling fan that made me stay another hour at the dealership just because we had some much to talk about. I commend him for serving and for having a wrestling move nickname that I know so well.

Last but not least - Graham Dyck, who has the most badass state-of-the-art paperwork software in the Automotive business! Never in my almost 10 years in this same business I’ve came across such an advance tool that basically makes you say goodbye to both real paper and real pen. After signing everything, you get copies of it in a flash drive.
He’s an awesome individual. The signing process was a breeze (and cool!). We talked like we already knew each other and just made me laugh along the way. Never had a dull moment.

It’s been almost 10 days since I took home my new Destroyer Gray 2023 Challenger R/T 6-Speed Manual, and love every second of it. This is definitely for keeps - hopefully forever. This would’ve never happened if it wasn’t for the team at Lake City CJDR!

After looking online and sending an inquiry about a 2018 Dodge Challenger, I received all the information I needed through multiple texts, calls, and emails of all my the questions that I had. Donnie Wilson, can't say enough about him, was great from start to finish. He went above and beyond in the deal, picked me up at the airport and shook my hand with a smile before I drove off. Julie Sullivan with Internet Sales was great every step of the way as well. They're both highly recommended and will be my first call the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

The new manager Luke was extremely helpful and personable. He kept his promise on adding a couple things to the truck after the purchase that he agreed to in the deal of the purchase in the same week. He also was great at deescalating us when we were upset about something towards the end of the purchase and calmly explaining numbers to us to calm us down. He was very good at handling the situation and maintaining our trust. Gery was an amazing salesman and we loved how calm and friendly he was throughout the entire process. Luke and Gery were fantastic!

Purchased a new 2024 Gladiator Mojave and within the first week on owning noticed a leak in the back seat and dripping down into the subwoofer. After a few days to get it seen, they told me it would be 40 days to get the parts in to fix it. The sales team solution in the meantime was to seal the hole on the inside rather than ordering me a cab cover. Hoping this won't leave any lasting residue, don't have much of a choice. Overall, not the best experience. Salesman upfront were helpful. But any further behind the wall than that and it's like running into a brick wall.
