If your Revenue Office closes for a period of time during the day, perhaps tell the customers that you close for that time period when they call up there. Or at least update the hours online, so you won’t have people leaving work on their lunch to get tags renewed just for them to have to wait another hour for you open back up. Causing them to lose work hours and lose money because of that. Common courtesy, not rocket science.
