First I want to thank Caleb for taking such good care of my situation and prioritizing me from the moment I reached out to the dealership. Lake city Toyota, is absolutely amazing. They literally find me the best deal and achieve what I thought to be the impossible. They literally go to battle for you. I have never met such a passionate group of people. From the sales rep to financial management they are extremely nice and ready help. From the moment you walk in people are greeting you, quick to help you find an option to look at or test drive. Super patient. Great conversations. Time flies and you don’t even notice. I have been a Toyota customer since 2020. Out of all the dealerships, Lake City Toyota is literally one of the best. Thank you so much for everything. I will be referring friends and family to y’all. Love my 2025 Toyota Tacoma. Its blue 😍😍

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ron and the team at Lake City Toyota. Ron paid very close attention to the needs and wants and was able to hook me up with my SUV! I absolutely love it. There was a little area inside that the kids could play in while I was dealing with paperwork. Staff was super friendly. The finance manager, Frank I believe his name is, was outstanding and incredibly patient (considering I had two cranky kids towards the end of the sale). Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. 10/10 definitely recommend coming here and definitely will be back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

After a very disappointing experience and mishandling by another dealer at Tallahassee Peter Boulware Toyota, I was fortunate to find the exceptional team at I-75 Toyota in Lake City. Despite the two-hour drive, I chose them because of their outstanding customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

My issue with my brand new Tacoma took nearly six months to resolve, but the team at I-75 Toyota handled it with professionalism and care every step of the way. I am especially grateful to Ms. Raquel from the service department, whose dedication and support were truly remarkable. Additionally, the sales team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process much more manageable.

Thank you, I-75 Toyota, for restoring my faith in customer service and for going above and beyond to resolve my issue. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a dealership. Everything was transparent and there was no high pressure sales tactics used even when I told them I was looking at another car to test drive.
Turns out it was good that I was able to compare the two dealerships because everyone at Lake City Toyota was professional, kind and helpful. Caleb was awesome to work with AND Bob, the GM came and talked with us and personally thanked us for our business. Overall I would recommend this team to anyone.

Our Salesman was Caleb, Managers: Bob and Brandon were kind likable and friendly. It was a great experience. The only dealership in town where we have felt comfortable and not pressured or ripped off. In my experience of buying from dealers (9 in all) I've never met a manager before now usually they remain behind closed doors. We went in several times in a period of a week as the used car needed some TLC before we bought it and the Managers spoke with us each visit and thanked us for our business when the deal was done.
