My company spent over $100 to have a bouquet delivered for my birthday. It was ordered on 11/18 for delivery. They called the person who ordered and said that they couldn't deliver Friday, but they would Monday. Monday they didn't call, so the person who ordered called them. They finally showed up with the bouquet on Tuesday, 11/22. By Thursday, the roses were all brown tinged and the primary greenery was dried up. Today, 11/25, I pulled out the dead flowers and greenery to try to enjoy the best flowers a little longer. No wonder! The stems were all only 4-6" long - no way they reached any water source. My belief is that they did the bouquet, but didn't want to deliver to the Village, so they just held onto it for the 3-4 days it was at its best and I was supposed to be enjoying it.

It may be petty, but it was representative of the order: the card was written in very sloppy handwriting and "birthday" was spelled Birhdy.

I will be telling my company to order from someone else in the future (I work remotely and they send me flowers at least twice a year) and will be going to In Bloom network to request a refund.

My mom received a Valentine bouquet from another family member that placed the order with this business. Two days later the flowers were wilted, the tulips never opened and just dropped their petals, the baby's breath was brown, the roses turned dark and the greenery was shriveled. I would not recommend this business.

Edit: I updated my review. Lake Hamilton Florist and Gifts sent a lovely arrangement as a replacement to the one delivered last week. Thank you so much for sending this new arrangement. My mom was so surprised with the new arrangement and it was much appreciated.

I needed a last minute Corsage for my sons prom date. Mrs. Dana, owner, was ready to jump in and help me in every way possible. She was very friendly and done an amazing job. I definitely recommend their shop and will be doing business with them again for all my future needs.

I ordered a week before Mother's Day, and when she received the arrangement the roses had already starting wilting... the petals fell off within a day.... roses.... well she contacted them they said they would make it right. I paid for a premium arrangement and their fix was a potted impatients. Not satisfied at all.

This is simply the best florist in Hot Springs. I needed a corsage and boutonniere for my son's homecoming so I called them to place an order. Haley asked me what I had in mind and I told her to do whatever she wanted to do. When I picked the corsage and boutonniere up they looked amazing. I will say my son and his date love the arangment Lake Hamilton Flowers did. Thank You
