horrible location. they send out the ugliest flowers and then refuse to accept that they are ugly. the leaves look like they have been eaten by bugs the flowers are horrible. and when you complain they do not want to hear you. they want to argue and tell you that the flowers are not ugly. stay away. they do not want to hear your opinion, only their opinion counts.
stay far far away from this horrible shop and terrible customer service.
do not purchase from them.

I rarely write a review but decided to give a shout out to Lake Village Flowers as they handled the floral arrangements for my Mother's home going service . We were concerned about the design but they advised us and came up with a beautiful display that was appropriate to honor her. I also referred others there that wanted to send flowers and they took care of everything! All were just beautiful.

Will never use them again. Ordered flowers for valentines. Called at 2pm to get an update on them and no answer. Sent them an email no reply. Messaged them on Facebook, no reply. Terrible customer service on top of not knowing if my order will even be delivered the day it’s suppose to be or to the place i requested it to be delivered. My girlfriend contacted an employed and they told her that I had contacted them to change delivery to her house which is completely false. I do not recommend using this flower shop, especially if you want your flower to be delivered on time and to the correct place. Only reason I have them one star is because I can’t give them 0

I live out of state and have been using them for years and everything was great until this year. They ran out of corsages so I asked if they knew of another florist in town. She did and I proceeded to explain and apologize for using someone else and she just hung up on me

They have an amazing selection of items in there shop. Not only a flower shop they have tanning beds and everything from clothes to cups and of course flowers so I would recommend anyone to stop and shop.
