It's shiny and pretty inside this place. But, don't expect to find ANYONE to help you anywhere. Yiu hVe to walk to the self checkout area where they all mingle amongst themselves. This is every time I go. So, I'm done now. Also, you can walk by these people, and it's like you are not even there. They don't say hello, and they don't even think to offer assistance. I have two trips now that I've filmed just to prove my point, and they never disappoint. So, I'm not writing this because I'm bored or hateful. I have no reason to waste my time doing that. But today was just really upsetting to me. So, it's my last time going there. I'll just drive a little further and hit the HD. Test it out yourself. HD, people say hello, ask if you need any help, etc.

My respect for this store grows with each passing day. I have to drive past Home Depot to get to Lowe's from my location but it's always been worth the trip. On my last visit there, I purchased a new sliding patio screen door, paint and some hardware. The person who helped me, Tommy in Millworks, went way out of his way to try to find exactly what I wanted. And he did, smiling all the time. In this day and age it is a real treat to be treated like a valuable customer regardless of what you are getting. Tommy certainly did that and I will definitely be back to see him and Lowe's the very next time I need anything. Congratulations to Lowe's for training employees like Tommy so that they can serve people that really appreciate great service. See you guys again soon. Patrick.
