We went to Langley GMC yesterday after having a bad experience with another dealership and was frustrated when we arrived to Langley. Cal met us at the door and was super nice! He introduced us to the salesman, Drew which was phenomenal to work with. It was such a smooth and easy process and did not take the usual time it takes at a dealership to buy a car. I would like to take a minute to recognize Langley Buick GMC Company for their outstanding service. My car wouldn’t start and they sent a service rep out to our home. Turned out to be the battery, he was able to get my car started so I could drive to service department to replace. That is hometown service. Always have purchased my vehicles from Mr. Mac, and Mark Langley, Cal and Will because they always go the extra mile when you need help. If I could give the team 10 stars I would. I was directed to Mark , Cal and the rest of the team by a friend . I was upside down in a leased vehicle and wanted to get back into a truck. I have bought vehicles all over the country I have never had a more honest , detailed and rewarding experience anywhere. I recently traveled from Birmingham to Langley Buick GMC to purchase a vehicle. Will was great to work with! He went through the entire process with me via email to due to my work schedule. He was very honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and was super quick with communication with myself and my credit union. Upon arriving, we had the pleasure of working with two other members of the team. The car was as exactly as described and we were in and out within an hour with ZERO attempts of upsells or slimy tricks.
