I have been a customer for many years. It is all about the thrill of the hunt. I have been buying Ugg’s, Northface, Hurley and so many other brands at a fraction of retail. You do have to check the merchandise carefully though. I would highly recommend.

Controlled chaos.

Random queues stretched through the store waiting for sections to open after being restocked. Tight aisles. clothes arranged as well as possible. Great prices.

Definitely an experience. Just know what you're getting into before going and it's completely worth it.

I have been coming here for years and always find a great deal!! I focus on the jeans and shoes. I can get MOTHER for 40 bucks!! Yes, it’s crazy and busy, can’t blame the workers- it’s people that trash it and don’t pick up after themselves. I try to give everyone there a smile and a polite gesture as it can be very push and shove.

The only issue is Ive run into- I bought a few shirts that are made wrong or have holes so make sure you double check the item before you buy.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Manager literally randomly chooses a time to cut off the line for numbers to enter. He even admitted sometimes it's 20 minutes sometimes earlier. He turned my wife and I away even though we were there 20 minutes early before they handed out the numbers, but after he decided to cut off the line. I left and will never purchase from there again. Most of the products have defects and the deals are not really worth it. I prefer the customer service of other stores.

What a horrible experience at Last Chance today. I went to the register with multiple packs of underwear because according to the posted sign they were .47 cents. The cashier proceeds to count each per in the pack and charges me .47 per pair. I tell him the sign says there .47 cents. He says No the sign says there .47 per pair, did you read the sign. Again I say the sign does not say per pair he says I guarantee you it does. I said I promise you sir it's doesn't and he says let's walk over there. So we proceed to walk over there and he says oh your right, no empathy no apology for basically telling me I can't read. When we get back to the register he still refuses to honor the posted price. I advised i would like these items for the posted price he said it's per pair. He was so rude and condescending as a customer I was truly offended at the treatment I received from the cashier. I called Nordstroms and they gave me the direct number to the corporate office in Seattle. I will update this review with there resolution after the complaint is resolved. Buyer Beware of false advertising at this store.

Hell on earth. Impossible to find anything. Sad to see good quality things just thrown into a bin for sale (for examples, sunglasses). Things are so expensive for what they are and people can’t see that. Most things look worn and returned. First and last time for me.

I had a terrible experience. I tried to buy a pair of Versace glasses, but because they didn’t have a price tag, I was told they couldn’t sell them to me. Instead, I’d have to wait 48 hours for them to go back on the shelf to be priced. This policy is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience, especially for a thrift store. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I expected better service. The representative who said that I couldn’t purchase the glasses had a very condescending tone and was extremely rude about it! Needless to say, I will never be back. First and last time! If you pick and choose who you want to sell your items too, just say that!!

What a strange, chaotic place! There’s stuff and people everywhere, but it’s actually kind of nice to not have to worry about anything other than finding good deals. Not everything in the store is a great deal, and you definitely shouldn’t go with a specific item in mind (since their stock changes constantly), but there are definitely some good finds if you’re willing to pick through the piles.
