Walked in here with my girlfriend at 130 pm on a Tuesday. We were literally the only 2 people in a store with 7 employees. They were all just talking and literally no one greeted us or said anything to us the whole time we were in there. They were just chatting the whole time. Totally ignores us when we walked out. Wtf are they even doing there?

Love love love this store! The sales rep was knowledgeable in their products and helpful in finding my 3.5 qt pan in blue. Le Creuset offers a variety of colors such as red, orange, blue and more. For the item I purchased, the rep brought one out from the stock room. She opened the box and inspected the pan and lid for any defects! The rep then explains how to care for and store your cookware.

First off, let me state this review is long overdue. I came to this store on Christmas eve 2021. My Wife is a talented cook and I wanted to get her the very best which she deserves. I walked inside and was blown away. The store was beautifully laid out with all these different types of pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. All the colors hit you like a ton of bricks. The organization is breathtaking. The other employees and customers seemed happy. Its definitely an upbeat atmosphere. I am a big watch guy and my best explanation would be walking into a Rolex (rolex is the best) store; with all the models laid out. I didn't know where to begin but I knew I wanted to get my love a nice set.

A sweet man named Steve walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and started to choose various items. With every item I chose, Steve would open the box to dust off the item and reinforce the product in the box. He did this with careful precision and class. The word panache was created for this man. He walked with me and helped me choose different items for about 90 minutes. I blew an obscene amount of money but got a great discount since I was at an outlet.

It was raining hard this day and I am handicapped. There was 9 canvas bags of high end cookware equipment. I asked Steve if he could help me and let him know I was parked on the other side far away. He explained that the back door would lead me to my car and he would personally help me load my vehicle. You just don't get this type of 1950s customer service anymore. To top it off I received my customer service from a man who should teach it for a living. This was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I have since gone back and took my Wife to get her a few more things. Luckily Steve was there and helped us again. Come and visit this store, you will not be disappointed.

Prices are maybe 10% lower and the service was not good. We were completely ignored by the three women working there, did not even get a hello when we walked in the door. We left and I made a purchase online.

Went in to look. I have never been in a retail store that was fun to shop in. Every associate in there was a pleasure to talk with. Everyone of them knew about the product. I knew very little. I had to walk out of their feeling confident that I was going home to use my new Le Cruset. The color choices are amazing. The store was clean, shopable, and fun. Tiffany was my sales person. Such a pleasure to work with. Went over the cleaning, the care, and gave me confidence. I will be back to add to my new collection. Thank you.

The worse experience with tiffany she said that she is the general manager at the store. What an attitude with her. She didn't wanted to help me at all. I'm going to reach out the higher manager. I'm never going to buy anything from this store.
