From start to finish my experience at this establishment was great. My wife and I came looking to trade in our jeep for a newer one and that’s exactly what happened. We were offered a great price for her jeep, and then paid a very reasonable price for the new one. Julio was very helpful in every step of the process and ensured we met the numbers we wanted. All in all the process was very quick and with great results. I will be recommending this business when able.

I think it’s worth noting that the vehicle was very clean inside and out and we were given every record possible on the new jeep to get a good amount of buyers assurance.

Best car buying experience I ever had! I purchasedy 2016 Honda pilot on February 28th 2025. Boyd is the best. He made my experience so easy and I felt secure with my purchase. Chief was wonderful and Legacy Cars Inc. as a whole is an amazing family owned company. This is my 2nd car from them in 15 years. Never any pressure, amazing selection with an emphasis in luxury, and just all around nice and professional guys.

As a side note, you never know how you’ll be received or treated at car dealerships as LGBTQ women. We’ve had some not so great experiences. Chief and the whole crew made us feel safe and respected through the whole process. We can’t thank them enough for that.

Disappointed to say the least. Originally I wanted to leave a 4-5 star review because the sales people weren’t pushy which I appreciate and didn’t seemed bothered at questions I asked or test drive requests.
But my experience after a month of ownership has changed my opinion on the dealership.
Bought a CRV last month from them and it seemed pretty solid. Clean and smooth driving. If anything it probably needed new brakes. But I liked the car so I went for it.
Paperwork was straightforward and simple.
1 week into having the car a rough sound occurred every time the driver side tire rotated. I called and they told me to go to the auto shop across the street. They patched it up in my opinion rather than fix it. Car was there for an hour max but the noise was gone so I was fine with that.
A week after that the tire sensor light turned on. Tires were fine so I assume it needs a new sensor or sensors. Not a cheap job if you have to get it done my someone else.
Not a big deal but still bothered me. And now this past week when accelerating it sounds like a dirt bike or like a stick shift that needs to shift. CVTs are not suppose to make that sort of noise. So now I have to figure out if this is a simple transmission oil change or something else related to the transmission or motor.
I’m clearly disappointed because I remember one of the salesmen telling me something along the lines of “We sell used cars but we take care of them and try to fix them up. We want to sell a maintenance free car for at least the first year.”
I wish that was the case.
Not saying don’t go here to buy a car but definitely be ready to check out the car if you can. Take someone who knows cars or if the dealership allows you to take it to your mechanic.

I requested an appraisal on my car to trade in. was quoted $200 less than Carmax. Was told they wouldn't match. When I inquired about a Manager's Special promoted on their website that would add $500 to the appraisal AND $500 on the warranty, I was told they had already factored those numbers in the day before when giving me the out-the-door price. This wasn't true because you don't get the special unless you inquire about it which I hadn't done until just then. I was then told the special was the $500 on the appraisal OR the warranty, to which I brought up the screenshot from THEIR website noting the verbiage said "and in addition to" not "or." The general manager then re-drove my car to see if he could budge on the price. He came back with an offer of $800 less than the original offer 30min before. Needless to say- I walked out and got a way better deal and customer experience elsewhere.
