What a great experience starting with Tanner Nichols in Sales, Jeremy Bozeman in Service and all the marina crew who take care of my boat with a smile while in storage & launches! I've owned many boats and dealt with many marinas ... Harbor View takes care of all my boating needs. It's very comforting to know that my investment/boat is being serviced by a crew who knows the business; Jeremy is on top of my service needs and Haven (Tech) exceeds my expectations on all the work he has performed on the boat! Highly recommended for those looking to purchase, service and/or store a boat!

Thomas Bush of Legendary service department has been notably helpful. He has managed communications, work orders and follow through between Legendary, Yamaha and Jeanneau during a challenging process with a new boat purchased through a separate boat dealership (across country). He has made the process as seamless as possible given the circumstance and treated us as if we had made the purchase through Legendary itself. We really appreciate his consistent communication and willingness to advocate for us from start to finish.

This is a great business! I understand that they have four locations. I can only write about my experience at this location (Barrancas/Mahogany Mill Rd). From the moment I was greeted until the time of purchase, I was treated as if I were the most important person in Legendary's existence. Adam was my salesman and he spent as much time as I needed, over the course of several visits, to show me various boats and to take me out on test drives. I truly feel as if Adam's main concern was my satisfaction, even more so than any commission. Tina handled the financing and was a genuine pleasure to work with. She ensured that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. I would absolutely return here for any future boating needs and (although I'm certain the other salesmen are great since they work here) I would feel fortunate to work with Adam again. If you are looking for quality customer service look no further than here.

The customer service was terrible. The salesperson understood I was shopping for boats and text me and told after I wasn't sure about the 100k boat he had that "it didn't matter what dealership I went to if I could not afford their boat I couldn't afford any boat." All because I called another one of there stores. I would but a row boat before I bought one from this place.

We stored our boat in the barn storage over the past year and have enjoyed very good service from the dock-hands and staff. Very polite and helpful staff work here and being family owned makes for a nice environment for the customer. The "text to launch" is simple and always worked efficiently... boat was always ready to go when we arrived. We have now sold our boat so no longer storing here but we plan to rent boats from them when we need our boating time. Service work was done here a few times and that was a good experience as well and seemed fairly priced. We never worked with the sales dept so cannot comment on that area but they sure have some nice inventory on the lot.

Service department did a great job on a Yamaha F250 300 hour service. I had a couple questions about my invoice, but Mandy, the service rep, took care of them quickly. I will now be a return customer.

I don't give 5 star ratings very often, but my experience here definitely was first class. I bought a new boat here and the entire staff really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. They took all the time I needed to explain my new boat operational and maintenance characteristics to me as well as all the new boat purchase paperwork. I do not have any hesitation to recommend Harbor View Marine for anyone in the market for a new boat.

Harbor view has a nice selection of boats, friendly sales people and business environment, and are very customer centric. Justin went above and beyond to help us get the boat we wanted at the price we deemed fair. Go here first!
