Lens Crafters New Haven Ave., West Melbourne Florida.
My husband and I searched for many stores
hoping to find assistance in setting up the Ray Ban Meta Glasses. We finally called Lens Crafters and spoke to. Julie. She ask us to come in.She would ask one of the employees to help us. Trinity was eager and prepared to setup, pair and activate the glasses with ease. It was amazing to watch her work .If you are thinking about purchasing smart glasses you will be in good hands at this location. It is a friendly, inviting, comfortable atmosphere. You will leave with great glasses and a smile.

Lenscrafters, 1813 New Haven Avenue, W. Melbourne FL is the best, high-quality, lowest price glasses ever as compared to purchases in several states for many years ! I should have come to Lenscrafters years ago! Friendly, efficient, Julie, on , such professionalism and patience, especially with equipment issues when measuring my eyes with the potential pair of glasses on. She also cheerfully went over-and-above helping me to be happy with my glasses choice and was very honest when the first pair I chose "truthfully would not hold up in the long run." I admire Julie for that.
Lou, my first time, also took care of my dire need of glasses in record time at a very affordable price for these beautiful glasses - at half price for everything! Just wanted to give an accurate review of LensCrafters specifically Julie. I was there with my husband while the most recent reviewer was there. Julie was nothing but professional and offered many different options to rectify the complaint. She handled the difficult customer with the most professional approach by giving her a refund. Julie was amazing sat us down and helped with an adjustment for my husband’s glasses. Even though it was very busy she was always professional and respectful. I don’t normally contest another review but if this was the women I was sitting next to then it was the complete opposite.

Have been going to Lens Crafters since they first started. They follow correctly my prescriptions for lens. Never had any problems! They stand behind their products! I have never had any issues with the store, or my glasses! I highly recommend them!

I was a little hesitant to go here for an eye exam, but the ophthalmologist was extremely thorough. Also, the optician Julie was so nice and professional, really took her time. Great experience

Everyone here was very professional and so kind! Dr. William D. Tanke was amazing, and very informative during my eye exam. Trinity was such a pleasure, and had so much patience helping me pick out my frames. I'm so sad I didn't get the lovely front desk lady's name, but she did my pre screening and was very efficient! All around a great experience that made me feel more than just a customer 🩵

I had trouble with a brand new pair of glasses and I wasn't happy with them. Guillermo salesperson helped me return the glasses and helped me to pick out the right frames for my face and reordered a new pair of glasses. Plus no money exchanged. Wonderful and very happy. Been going to lend crafters for over 17 years.

I will never go back to this LensCrafters again for glasses. I asked them in multiple visits to file all of the pairs of glasses that we purchased to our insurance. They did not….only one pair for both my husband and myself. I am now unable to get reimbursed for those glasses from my HRA account because I have no EOBs from the vision insurance. Not to mention that you get zero assistance with finding frames from the opticians. Never again.
