If I could give a 0 I would. I bought a jeep and was told it was looked over and nothing was wrong. The front tire rod was broke, front and rear brakes and rotors were bad, motor mount was busted, the windshield washer reservoir was busted, and the front shocks were gone. All this I found out as I was driving home over the skyway and felt so unsafe. I had my mechanics check the vehicle the day after I brought it home to find all this. I’ve tried calling and resolving this issue and they don’t call back, give excuse a manager will call back and they don’t, tell me to send the bill and they’ll see what they can do but then again ghost me. Awful customer service and business. Never again. $3000 worth of safety issues and they don’t give a crap!

Do not buy from this dealership, they will sell you a terrible car and then block your calls and not work with you after having taken your money. Not a trustworthy business at all what they are doing should be illegal

I brought a 2016 GMC Acadia from Level Up Auto Sales and they are not your typical pushy sales people. I already knew what I wanted when I arrived because I was watching it for 2 days on my phone. When I arrived Bilbil helped me and he was so helpful and the most friendliest person. I walked in on a Tuesday and drove off on a Wednesday. Anything I saw that needed attention Bilbil assured me that all will be ready and set when I come the next day to pick it up. The paperwork was smooth and also a breeze. Bilbil shook my hand and said congratulations Joy you just brought yourself a car( aka a SUV). I truly recommend Level Up Auto sales if you are looking for a vehicle. They will definitely take care of you.
