You shouldn't go to the car center that tells you to go here. It leaves damage that wasn't there, can't be repaired, and charges a ridiculous fee. They told me to go to a place called a Lexus specialized car center, and they made a mess of my car, so I sold my car and bought a new one. I will never go there again.On the evening of June 16, 2024, I had towed the Lexus to the emergency service and brought it to the car center you introduced on June 17. They said they would make sure the car was properly repaired, and that I couldn't go to another car center. There should be a towing record, and there's a witness from Parmas Insurance who provided interpretation service to me and you. How could this be a lie? The auto center you sent me to was not only expensive, but the repairs were a mess, and there was damage inside and outside the car that wasn't there before. When I checked the car for testing, the mileage was over 500. Do they use over 500 miles for testing? Did they drive the customer's car? You guys sent me to this auto center because it's a Lexus-designated dealer.
