If you want a great sales experience ask for Cesar Garcia, he took great care of me and made the process so easy! No hassle, or problems with my purchase. Super simple and honest. + When you know, you know! + We shopped around for months.. soon as we heard about Lexus of Wesley Chapel having a few different models we wanted to test drive, under one roof, we went to check it out. Karol was very knowledgeable and patient while we tried out multiple models and tested out all the cool little buttons we've never seen before.. Overall, the experience was 5 stars from start to finish. We are so happy with our new SUV. This dealership invests back into you and your vehicle in multiple ways, from the free services, to the free food/drinks from the Cafe, you cannot leave disappointed or hungry! Where do I start, my vehicle been in service there for 54 days , it was there for them to fix rims they scratched, first was the rim guy called out, second rims weren’t the same color 3 tech guy scratch rims putting tires on and when the 4th time came around rims still had scratch marks and different paint colors when I asked about rims being replaced Christian popp said no that there going to fix it , mind you the tire has paint on it, all this time I’ve been patience, and then I get an attitude by him. Oh ya no communication they were having my vehicle towed to the rim spot without even asking me nor telling me until my LoJack company called me saying my vehicle was moving after I told them it was going to be at Wesley Chapel. This dealership has been nothing but headaches and they can’t fix the mistake they did , very bad customer service, I’m getting talked to like I did something wrong!

Update got my vehicle back the 28th of March and as I was driving the car felt shaky and steering wheel was vibrating badly, I looked at rims and only one rim had weights on them now to go back to get it fix tomorrow, mind you this should of been done the two mo the they had it. SMH

4/5/25- I see the general manager wants to show up now, but was no where to been seen when i wanted to talk to him then, funny how when you put a review up they come around, You stated my vehicle has over 70k miles ya your correct but my rims scratched up when i took it there, you have my number.

Beyond happy from start to finish with my purchase process with Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Spotted a Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in based on both its mileage and options… the car was also priced incredibly well. Being all the way from Pennsylvania, I quickly got connected with Claudia, who was helpful since the first phone call. She promptly sent over photos and videos of the vehicle, and I got the ball rolling to get funds sent over to them. She initially claimed they did not take deposits, however that quickly changed when I was ready to provide my card info. While the entire ordeal took longer than most transactions due to out-of-state paperwork and overnight deliveries of funds, it was not surprising. Especially given the fact I purchased the car sight unseen, entirely online! I was nervous, however Claudia and team assisted the entire way and helped coordinate shipping through a snow storm! Thanks for your assistance with my new-to-me Audi!

Lexus of Wesley Chapel is hands down the best dealership in the area! After months of searching and comparing different brands, we knew this was the right place as soon as we walked in. The experience was refreshingly pressure-free with no pushy sales tactics or awkward encounters with the manager before leaving.

Although the car we initially liked sold the next day, our exceptional salesman, Qui, stayed attentive to our preferences and found the perfect car for us just a few weeks later. This dealership was easy to work with, didn’t tack on excessive dealership fees, and made the buying process seamless.
