I purchased my 2025 Lexus IS 300 this past weekend from Lexus Winter Park. I was blown away with the personalized service I received from our product specialist, Vanessa Rodriguez. She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable, we felt no pressure and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for. Madeline "Lola" Suarez assisted us with the finance part and our initial plan was to finance with a credit union but Lexus offered us a better deal. Lola walked us through our finance breakdown and it was very clear from start to finish. She was direct when we had questions and her experience put us at ease.

Phenomenal service. Lola, Von and Jake were fantastic. I live two hours away but I have been searching for the make, model and trim for 6 months. Lola gave me a deal so good that I thought it was a bait and switch. Von was generous with his time and really personable. Went over every detail of the car. I had an unfortunate experience with the sales manager, Lola, who was by far one of the least helpful sales managers I've encountered. I first inquired about an ES back in early January. While my credit wasn't perfect, I had a positive equity trade-in and a down payment in cash. Despite this, Lola didn’t seem interested in working with me and insisted I have a co-signer, which felt dismissive. I ended up going to another Lexus dealership in Florida, where I received a much better deal and was able to secure in-house financing through Lexus. The other dealership actually valued my business. Unfortunately, you lost a sale, and now I’m leaving this review. Please improve your approach to customers.
