Bought a bottom freezer unit a month ago 4 service calls already, the freezer is not sealing properly and build ice, costumer service is worse, I was able to speak to Shawn and was lecture on how to close the doors, I was told the problem is that I don't know to close the doors.

Worst decision ever to save a few bucks and get the 2082 with biofresh. Took several times to get a model without cracks to the frame, it freezes up frequently, and the service team is horrible. I wish I had bought the Bosch, Thermador or Sub Zero models that were comparable. I hate that I was steered to this very expensive model which is needlessly complex and the customer service people are just as unpleasant as possible!

Bought a Liebherr refrigerator in 2020. If I could give this product and their warranty a minus 5-star I would. It has been nothing but trouble from the time I bought it. Two service calls during the the warranty period WHICH IS TWO YEARS. Still the alarm goes off (usually at 3AM) and I have to de-ice a SUPER EXPENSIVE CHEAPLY made piece of equipment. I called Liebherr today and they basically said YOU ARE NOT WITHIN WARRANTY anymore. So even though they had record of the same problem within the first year of purchase...to bad so sad. Do not buy Liebherr products is my review.
