This is an amazing store. I sprained my ankle really bad (I could barely walk) and I needed something so I could remain mobile while waiting to see my doctor. Nancy was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with several options to help stabilize my ankle. I ended up purchasing an ankle compression sleeve and a special ankle ice pack and she provided me with a lightly used walking boot free of charge. Amazing customer service. When I’ve needed several things for my Mom, it’s been so convenient to be able to walk in and get what I need. Nancy does more than answer questions, she educates with how’s and why’s. Here is a picture of Mom’s new lifting recliner. It’s helped so much with her mobility.

I bought a lift chair all based on my phone call with the amazing Nancy. I was a couple of days out of surgery and needed a recliner to heal in. Nancy was super helpful and sent me texts of the inventory of chairs. She also gave us a great deal on my recliner and it arrived soon after. When I’m better I hope to visit the store and say hello. Nancy was absolutely amazing helping me getting the medical supplies I needed for my husband & my mother. She was kind enough to open her store on a Sunday evening! We traveled from Southern CA to Northern CA, our order were made it by phone/internet, she got everything we needed as promised delivered just on time we arrived to our new home. When we visited the store, I couldn’t be happier to find out, I could buy everything that was necessary to made my husband, who is wheelchair bound, and my mother, bed ridden, life easier. Yes! We were in need of a wheelchair for a couple of weeks to get to doctor appointments after a hospitalization. Nancy at Life Care HME helped us in deciding which style would work best for our needs. We used one of the transport chairs that she had available. It was exactly what we needed. She has a large selection of medical devices for rental as well as many different products that can be purchased. My father needed to be of his feel temporarily and we were looking for a device that could get him out of the house. We found transport chairs, which was easily collapsible, and we found out that she rented them at an affordable rate. This was right up our ally because we needed it for a few months.

Nancy was very kind, knowledgeable and wanted to help us first before anything else. If she couldn't do something for us, she mentioned other places that could(ex.places that accepted insurance). When I need more products I will definitely come here in the future.

My wife needs a medical bed — one that raises and lowers with an electric motor. I visited Life Care because it seemed to be the only nearby business that deals in that sort of thing. Helen, the owner, was extremely helpful. She explained that they don’t routinely lease or rent beds like that but told me exactly where to find what I needed and who I should talk to. She was really nice and put my worries to rest. If you need medical or convalescent care equipment of any sort I can’t recommend Life Care too highly.

Nancy is wonderful. When I wanted an incontinence product with a certain PH, she researched it. When I had an issue with tuckable bed pads, again, she took time and energy to come up with the best solution for our situation. She knows a lot, she has many local contacts, and she goes out of her way to bring it all together for her customers.
