So I have to be honest, I hate when a place says they offer a military discount but then act a certain way about it. I appreciate the businesses support but why be shady about it?As you can see in the photo below, after I asked for the discount it was applied to the full price items but when my husband added the final item she just scanned it and threw it in the bag and I stated to him that I was thankful for the discount on the full price items but apparently keying it in for the last item was just too much work for a not busy store. I went back in and asked her why she didn’t do it and she basically said she can fix it. We spent a decent amount of money, it would have been nice to feel like her choice to not add it was not in fact purposeful.

Was there on May 23rd, bought a pair of sandles. Realized they ran small and went back in to swap to a larger size. The girl at the register was extremely rude to me about it. I even apologized and don't know why I felt I had to. She didn't even respond. She obviously hates her job which is not my fault. She should not work retail. I'm far from being a Karen but she deserves this review.

We purposely chose Destin as our New Year’s vacation spot, to visit your store for a Christmas gift. We were disappointed by the unfriendly staff, who took down sale signs in front of us, and were not helpful. The shirt we ended up buying was $10 cheaper online. Our Life Is Good store in Massachusetts was a much better place, overall, and I see no need to return to the Destin store. ☹️
