June 13 we bought a dog kennel for $269 from Lincoln hardware.
July 11 we took the kennel back because two of the panels had bent. I called Lincoln hardware talked to Ruben Pruitt he said for us to bring the kennel back to him so we can figure something out. I had my husband call him because he wasn’t able to bring it that day and we would be able to bring it Saturday. Ruben told him the same thing it’s fine he’ll be there so they can figure something out. We got there Ruben wasn’t there his employees had to called him. Ruben told my husband that’ll be a lot of money to return and for him to be out of so just leave the kennel and he would call us on July 13 or 14 we never received a call we ended up calling him July 14 and 15 for him to tell us it’ll be another week for some guy to come look at it. So waited Ruben never called us back we ended up calling him for to tell us he can’t do nothing about it. Also saying we must have had a lot of weight for it. We didn’t have anything on it besides chicken wire and a tarp for a cat. We are hard working honest people. We even told him we would be fine with him just giving us back half the money.

The helpful local hardware store, they helped me out twice today. Just walk in, tell them what you need and they get it or show you where it is so you can pick it out. So much easier than walking around forever looking, excellent customer service.
