I came here today to sell clothes, about 80% of which still had tags, totaling over 200 pieces with various styles. There were two young staff members, one with a small mustache and a young woman. To my surprise, they didn’t accept a single piece. I’m genuinely shocked. As a loyal customer, I can’t understand this at all. I’m even starting to wonder if it’s because I’m Asian or if they are just selecting items based on personal preference, which led them to reject everything. It’s just too much. I won’t be coming back again. The round trip took an hour and a half, and it was simply not worth it. I don’t recommend this place. Very disappointed. Can you see my tank? I can’t imaging it.

I just went this Wednesday and bought two pairs of Yeezy 500's. Great condition and easy transaction, they have a good selection of pants and shoes. I just wish they had more tees and jackets for their streetwear rack. Both employees were nice and welcoming, overall a great experience for my first time going.

This place has limited inventory. It's not overly stocked. Once your in you are pretty much on your own. The reps were on their phones and chatting among themselves. They carry trendy gear but the pricing is rather high. Similar to specialty boutique.

They have no good clothes, it surprised me when we took clothes and they didn’t choose any , because idk if they can tell but all the clothes they have there are bad quality and out of style , they should fire whoever makes the clothing decisions 😆😂😅 I’m surprised this place is still open.

Sold some stuff to some guy with neck tattoos. He was really nice and gave me a good price for my clothing. I think his name was Robin or something. I will 100% come back and sell more clothing. A great place in Chino hills!

After reading the comments I am not surprised I had a bad experience in that shop. I took a bag to see if they would take some clothes . It took the girl less than a minute to say nothing was great or fitting the style of the store. I was a bit shocked because I just made a tour in their store while keeping an eye on her. Most of their clothes are super used and not vintage at all. It is overpriced. Saying my clothes weren’t the style of the store was exaggerated. Store is full of clothes and not many people shopped there for different reasons. I preferred to shop at Goodwill for getting better quality clothes and better deals. Please turned off your horrible music. It was extremely stressful to browse .

Everyone here is too cool to smile or say hi. I’ve been to this store 4 times and have purchased an item every time. The employees dont give you the time of day, they’re all entitled and smug. Especially the Asian dude like smile bro god damn y’all have the easiest job in the world and act like u be working 12 hour shifts at a warehouse or something.

This place is so bad they wouldn’t even make it Sal’s punishment

Don't even attempt taking your authentic purchases here. Whoever checks them obviously does not know what authentic couture looks like. I literally had my purse in the box. I bought it in, receipt, and certificate of authenticity, and they said they did not believe it was real. The invoice from Givenchy with my name on it their card and wrapping. So if they couldn't realize it was real, then what do they have in the store? Potential not authentic items. Please get a real dealer in here to test authenticity.
