I only use Linus Cadillac for my services on my 2017 Cadillac xts I dropped my vehicle for service on Sunday 1/26 I received a call from the service advisor advised what was wrong with my vehicle one of the issues was the battery the battery was never replaced by anyone other than Linus Cadillac I received a call this morning telling me that the warranty tag has been removed from the battery and they will not warranty it do to this reason well I did not remove the tag !!! If anyone did they did !!! And now telling me due to the incompetence of the dealership they will not warranty the battery this is such bull crap this dealer ship sucks !!! I have heard other horror stories about this dealership and was reluctant to believe any of them now when it has happened to me these other stories I believe are very true to fact it is very unfortunate that they are the only Cadillac dealer in vero beach or even for miles is probably what keeps them in business I demanded to speak with the owner due to me being unfairly treated and frankly they could care less about the issues they told me I would not be connected with the owner this dealership frankly could care less about anyone I say to every one who may think about using them think twice it frankly will be worth the drive to the next closest dealership and be treated fairly

I have a new Yukon Denali, a year later my brakes are squealing every time I brake lightly at all and my suspension is creaking like key components are corroded. Spent several hours at this dealerships service department only to have its manager tell me that the sound is “not abnormal,” which is blatantly not true, and he even was bold enough to tell me that he just can’t be sure that all other cars don’t make the same sounds because he hasn’t listened for it in other cars, despite the fact that he told me he’s been the service manager here for 30 years. All I can say is Wow! My bullshit alarm is ringing… loudly…. Incredibly frustrating to have the manager stand next to the car and hear the issue with his own ears only to tell you “that’s normal” even though he “hasn’t listened to other cars so he can’t say that other cars don’t make the same noise”… what!

Linus you need to do significantly better than this for customers!

Drove 50 miles one way to purchase a new XT4 , only to find that it had been damaged from a tornado 3 months ago. Two weeks later it is still being advertised on their website for sale.

Horrible!! My husband bought a new Denali from them. Have had it 3 months 5000 MILES ON IT and t drivers seat which is suppose to be leather is showing wear and has lost color!! Showed it to Linus personnel aug 21 when my husband ( D Marler)was there for oil change. He was told they wouldn't fix it..general manager was rude. 2nd car we have purchased from Linus. They have serviced my Gmc in t Past. Will go elsewhere for sales & service. RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT BUY FROM LINUS.. THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR CARS!!!

Don't come to this dealership I've called them three times in the past couple years for service work they're way higher than the other Cadillac that I go to plus the people that work there they're the same calibers people that work at McDonald's and Burger King unbelievable that the owner doesn't take the time to see how his business is being run

I purchased my new XTS from Linus Cadillac. The salesman John Parker and sales manager Dan Antolini we very helpful, honest and professional. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit this dealership. I also have used their service department for my 1990 Corvette and 2014 Impala. Always a correct repair at a fair price. Carlie the rep is always pleasant and efficient.
