Really nice people here. The guy is always working hard taking care of a lot of people and the store. People should be patient and kind to him, he's literally always moving and doing the best he can with a lot on his plate but always has been good to us ! Appreciate you !

I was in town buying a used vehicle and needed a tow dolly in a pinch, and John was there to help me through the whole process, all the way until even after he closed. I was having trouble with a few things and he helped in any way he could and made sure I was safe to leave. Great U-Haul dealer!!

Best customer service around! Always fair on deals and some of the most unique and one of a kind finds! Plus if you find yourself in need of a specific tool and don't want to break the bank for that one off thing, bet he will have it and at a fraction the price. Watch them hustle keeping the uhaul stuff smooth and orderly...just good folks doing good work! High end watches n jewelry, vinyl records, tools for everything, house decor, Real Art, clothes and on and on. Just Awesome store!

To me, service matters so much more than anything else. I rented my unhaul here tonight & I am already ready to say this place is awesome. The wonderful gentleman that owns the place is so nice and personable. There are interesting items in this shop; if I wasn't down sizing I would grabbed a few. Thank you for making me smile during my stressful move.

WORST U-Haul experience EVER! Did not answer my questions about returning my trailer there vs my contracted return location. Didn't bother to check in my returned trailer until Monday--two days after I reurned it raising my bill from $30 to $160. U-Haul corporate blamed Live Oak for not following procedure but would not remedy their dealer's error nor refund the extra charges. Spent hours on the phone with U-Haul customer service only to be promised return calls from supervisors who didn't bother to call me back. U-Haul wouldn't even provide me with the phone transcripts and text transcripts that I requested on multiple calls and chats. Live Oak Trading is probably a great consignment store but avoid U-Haul like the plague.

Great experience meeting the friendly owner and making a great purchase yesterday! He also has U-haul truck rentals! Store is open 7 days a week so drop by and spread the word!
