I bought 2 items. Checked out. They put the receipt in the bag. 2 days later I went to return them. Tags in tact. I was told it was a final sale “as stamped on receipt”. I was not told this at check out and was not personally handed the receipt. This is a shady business. Sliding final sale deals on to people. The clothes I’m stuck with not only don’t fit me or my daughter but are not made well enough to be altered. Avoid shopping here.

Update- It was obviously NOT clear that these items were non returnable. It looked like a reputable store. Having signs posted at checkout that no one reads isn’t affective. Not allowing returns is crappy customer service to begin with. But to not verbally disclose it and slide the receipt in the bag IS shady. The owner defecting the real issue because my daughter said she would wear them just shows how this store treats their customers.

They will sell you SHEIN quality merchandise at astronomical prices. I got home to a pair of damaged pants, I went back to the store for an exchange with item and receipt only to be denied by the owner because the original tag was not attached by their tag gun. The tag on in store items comes on a gold safety pin, also confirmed during my in store attempted return, so they have found a loophole to not accept damaged merchandise. Lizard thicket corporate was somewhat helpful, but did notate the specific store owner had discrepancy on returns so buyer beware. I was told the same owner owns the one in Destin and PCB, and this was not the first time someone has called about this happening.

Your store is advertised as being open until 8:00 pm. On Tuesday November 7th 2023, I rushed my daughter out there as soon as she got home from high school practice to look for a romper she was wanting to buy for a concert and we arrived at 7:27pm to a locked door. Two employees were standing inside behind the counter and were trying to avoid making eye contact with us. When one of them finally made eye contact I held my fingers up and mouthed “are y’all not open until 8 o’clock?” to which they both started laughing and shook their heads no. Given the amount of money I have spent there over the last several years, this was extremely disappointing and very rude. If your store hours are advertised as being open till eight then the doors do not need to be locked before then and if you have changed your business hours in then that needs to be noted on your website. Very disappointed and will not be back.

genuinely the most helpful staff i’ve ever experienced in a boutique! I was shopping for a dress for a special day and after going to countless stores and feeling hopeless, i went in and found the one! the ladies were all so helpful and welcoming! I will definitely be back!!

I am astonished every time I go in the boutique I come out feeling beautiful, even on a bad hair day !It’s not only the broad selection of merchandise from cutting – edge , classic , and vintage, clothing the intriguing jewelry, but the lost art of the personal touch . The boutique is warm , bright, and engaging .

I came in a few days ago about an hour before close looking for a dress to wear to a wedding this week and the staff was making me feel like I was doing something wrong. They were closing and silently kicking me out. I just find it very rude that while I was planning to be in and out and remain courteous, I was unable to look much as they were following me everywhere to see anything I touched. Very uncomfortable experience and it’s unfortunate that it was that way. I don’t think this place cares much about their customers and I will not return.
