We had a great stay over spring break. We loved the club level and would absolutely do again. Room was clean and nice. Shower only which was harder with our little. I was skeptical about the value of club level but the lounge and staff were great. We had breakfast daily, lounge is loaded with soda, water and coffee options and kid friendly snacks. The evening food was perfect amount for dinner for us and we enjoyed the adult beverages. Very similar to club level options at Disney.

The pool is gorgeous and heated so that was a big plus for a trip in March. Express pass was amazing and worked great even with spring break crowds.

Hotel has a great location and great deals for Universal. Staff is very kind. The pool is nice and clean. Hotel is very beautiful looking and has a great ambiance. The beds and pillows very comfortable. However the air conditioning in the room could have been a little colder, never quite felt like I was coming back to a nice cold room after a 10 hour day in the 90 degree sun at the theme park. Additionally the drinks at the pool are vastly overpriced, with the tip automatically added we spent $60 for only 2 drinks. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to go to universal and would definitely stay again

In todays world, I really don't find many establishments/hotels or restaurants going out of their way to make a patron/guest feel extraordinary!! That is the number one reason I am writing this review!! The Loews Royal Pacific, located in Orlando, FL is definitely the ONE place that makes their guests feel spectacular!! I had suddenly & unexpectedly lost my best friend of 39 years & could NOT get out of the funk I was in. My dtr said to me, Mom, lets go to Universal and we can stay at your favorite hotel!! My dtr was trying to perk me up. She knows I LOVE The Royal Pacific & their team so we reached out to the hotel at the very last minute and booked a weekend get a way with such ease! I was like a kid again, all giddy and excited, not only for the theme parks but we get to stay at my favorite Universal hotel. I truly want to thank Marian Sanchez & Larry Beiderman for knowing & teaching TRUE hospitality. They have proven that their leadership has taught their team how to show their guests exceptional care & service. Once we checked in and were greeted with the lei's, I was able to put my sadness to the side and enjoy the weekend with my daughter. The BEST part was the team at the hotel remembered us from our prior trips. It is just a fantastic feeling to feel so loved!|Thank you again!! We will see you all very soon.|Debbie Kelljchian|Cassidy Peters-Powell

This is a high quality hotel, with a VERY short walk to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and even Volcano Bay. There are also free boat shuttles to City Walk if you don't want to make the 10 minute walk to the park entrances. First off, the reception area is beautiful and very clean, with valet parking. The self-parking is close and easy to use, but not covered or super secure. The room we got was on the second floor, and clean but not quite as nice as I was expecting (for the amount spent). The shower drain was badly clogged upon arrival but they were VERY quick to send a friendly technician and had the drain un-clogged within 20 minutes. We had no other major issues with accommodations, however the sliding door to the toilet was not preferred to a conventional door. The restaurants we tried in the hotel were well-staffed and the servers (and Manager) were very friendly. The food was good, although not spectacular. As you would expect, alcoholic drinks are VERY expensive and quite honestly overpriced. The pool was decent but for the money Sapphire Falls next door has a better setup. Of course you may decide to book here to get FREE EXPRESS PASSES to the Universal parks, and for that it may be worth it. Overall we had a good experience and will likely be back. Dates chosen will make a big difference in your room rates, so book in advance and watch out for busy times.

My family and I stayed here a few days ago for our spring break vacation. And resort is in a great spot. You're LITERALLY right next to Universal Studios. The water taxi to and from the park is awesome. The staff there are extremely polite and will accommodate you for whatever it is that you need. Whoever the nighttime bartenders are on the main for next to the sushi bar needs a raise!!! Those guys are awesome!!! My only knock on this resort is the rooms are extremely small. So if you have a big family it's going to be a tight fit. Also you pay for EVERYTHING and it can get quite expensive depending on your wants and needs. Other than that. Great stay and we will be back!

Location to parks and city walk you can't beat. A 10 minute walk and your a city walk.
Room was lacking personality they were like any hotel room I've ever been too. For a family of 4 staying for a week we didn't have enough places to hang wet clothes and still able to take a shower. There was really only room for 2 shower towels to hang up.

Staff was friendly when looked at but didn't really make an effort to acknowledge when in passing.

During reservation process we marked an early check-in and birthdays. We arrived around 9am knowing that was way early but wanted to start the process we got the keys (no room) and we're able to get the park tickets which was awesome. However the issue was we were told we would get notified by 4pm of what our room number was. How is that early? We did go and ask around 2 about a room and they did say they had one ready for us. We had to ask for birthday pins.

Food was good at Jake's. The food voucher we received was definitely enough for our family of 4 to last us the whole time there eating at several sit down restaurants. Jimmy Buffets, Hard Rock, Jake's (at the hotel), Bubba Gump.

My boys loved the pools it was heated which was nice on the chilly nights.

This hotel had a tremendous atmosphere in the lobby, pool area, and dining areas. The water taxi service from the hotel to City Walk made the trip very convenient. The only slight negatives I have are the rooms themselves (very small but clean) and the prices for the dining options ($34 for breakfast buffet at Islands Dining Room is a bit much). Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

The location is ideal if you're going to the universal theme parks. It's a 10 minute walk along the river to City walk, universal and islands of Adventure, a 10 min water taxi ride. If you're going during a busy season, taking the water taxi may save you time going through security bc you need to do so prior to boarding the boat.

The hotel smells lovely. It's the first thing I noticed. The staff is super pleasant. The room is nothing special. No microwave but yes to mini fridge. There's a single serve coffee maker that uses k-cups. There's also a large convenient store in the lobby that has some Starbucks drinks (lattes, refreshers, teas). The room could use more hooks and shelving in the bathroom, but it's also a very large bathroom which is nice.

There's a large outdoor pool with a water play feature. There's a restaurant poolside as well. Small gaming room, larger than average gym. The restaurants were worth going to.

Overall, the location is very convenient, as well as gaining express passes with the room.
