They go above to help out when you are not happy with what you have. I was not happy with the other truck I had bought but they told me to bring it in and they showed me a very good car at a very reasonable price. I would go back if I need a new one again.

Misrepresented the vehicle! After I asked very specific questions about rust, scratches, and interior issues multiple times, I was told it had NONE of those things. After driving 5 hours round trip and 300 miles, the vehicle had several scratches (some all the way through the paint), rust under both rocker panels (some places as large as my hand without paint), the vynal seat had place where it ripped and someone stitched it with some type of material.
It would have been very easy while I was asking all those specific questions (before driving all that way) to say, let me send you close up pictures of some area that may be of concern. That didn't happen. He said it had NONE of those issues. I did not expect a 2011 truck to be like new, but I did expect honest representation.
This small dealer probably does not get a lot of people drive long distances to look at there inventory. (We were looking for a pretty hard to find truck) Most of there potential customers are probably walk up, local customers. So this probably doesn't happen a lot. I have no intention to bash them even though the salesman was rude after I said something about the scratches and rust. (We didn't get to the interior issues before I just left) They are a small family business, and I obviously try to support small business. But this was an unnecessary bad experience. 8/10/18

Thought I was buying a nice GMC 4wd truck by the time I got home smoke came boiling out of dash and 4wd quit working I called they was nice enough to take it back and fix it only took over a week but during the process broke the dash with a big crack in it nothing ever said about it now a month later guess what the 4wd is out again no wonder they have you sign six pages of disclaimer giving up any rights sorry but I would not recommend them to anyone for anything
