The "neutral" attorney for mediating Carolyn Torres is horrific. She was completely biased and treated me terribly. My ex lied completely about visitation and she treated me like the liar. She made comments like "he has a family to support" and asked on his behalf if I would take hundreds of dollars less which I get is the mediation part of her job. then proceeded to say "although you MAY have struggled over time youre really making out in this and it was all worth it" MY struggle, my husbands struggle (helping support 2 kids that aren't his financial responsibility for the last 5 years) and my 4 kids struggle was worth it all according to you?! She also made major mistakes on my income and made it out that my income was $1,400 more a month than what it is. REFUSED to change it said that it's been prepared and sent and that the dad already signed and I can go to court if I don't want to sign. So prepares false documents to a courthouse. Too lazy to fix an error that affects mine and my children's lives but she gets paid to do these things and couldn't prepare it correctly. So unprofessional and SO BIASED. I will continue to share my horrific experience with her To hopefully prevent another mom in my situation from ever having to deal with her!

These people are criminals. They sent their summons and complaint that looked like a court document when they're single and seperare organizational unit and not part of the court and the complaint did not have any cause of action(which means they had no legal standing or subject matter jurisdiction) and intentionally served it to a wrong address (sewer service) and to someone who I never met by the name of Justine Rodriguez so that they can commit fraud on the court by entering a default judgement. The judgement was signed by a person named Alexandria Bauer (the head attorney) who was not a judge (Coram non judice) but claimed that she was a judge on the document.

They're not supposed to operate within the 50 states because their jurisdiction only exists in District of Columbia, Common wealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa pursuant to 42 U.S.C 651-669 (b).

They also secretly issued an income witholding order to my employers to steal my wages and it was not signed by a judge but a supervisor.

The same falsified document was used repeatedly to steal money from me. They also used the same fraudulent document to report me to 3 major credit bureaus along with some stolen identifiable information such as social security card, driver license, and debit cards to ruin my credit. And they refused to remove it when the debt could not be validated because they're the one who created it out of thin air. All major credit bureaus finally removed it from my credit report on October 12,2023. Each and every one in the community should investigate these criminal organization who contract with the government and put them on their place. Their Racket must stop. I encourage everybody who is affected, to do whatever they wanna do to these people from and in all directions. They hate children and parents... they only wanna steal from you!

I never entered and will never enter into a contract with these weak fraudsters because they're cowards and dishonest.

Horribly organized, the case worker never responds to my inquires , they triple withhold from income sources they show no attention to request and complaints. This agency lacks support and organizational structure. The only ones affected are the individuals that are double garnished and they don’t give any indication their is nothing you can do to help your situation. They simply do not care to assist you and give you false information over the phone. Will be for ever disappointed in this agency. Fire my case worker and the call center workers they are not helpful at all . They lie to you and make false statements.

I was told to wait for my paperwork to begin payments. They sent the payment information a day after the due date now I owe two months of payments. If anyone has information on how I can file a complaint because I strongly believe this was intentional please let me know. Any information to take this to the courts will help as well

And now they took away from both jobs I was working and only reimbursed me part of the amount while saying the rest was used to pay debt I owe when I have been making payments on time every month

Sadly, this department does nothing but waste time and create friction that ultimately hurts the “clients” they claim to serve. Father’s are treated rudely by staff in person and on the phone. Expectations for documentation are not upheld to mothers as they are to fathers. Case managers are nearly impossible to contact, provide poor and often contradictory information or none at all. The organization consistently sends out late or inaccurate paperwork and communication provided is frequently contrary to “information “ provided on previous calls.

This “organization” is contrary to the meaning of the term, and proves time and again to be unorganized, prejudicial, and ultimately a disservice to those it claims to be serving.

Its been a on going issue with “past due” payments when ive actually been on time with receipts ive shown and cleared for them. But yet keep adding on interest non existing “past due” keeps showing in statements.

I was the Petitioner and opened a case with these people. The case manager was an idiot and it took him six months to file my case. That is no support for six months. Support that the judge did not grant me. The office staff was ok. The last attorney I spoke with was insensitive and just didn’t care about me or my daughter. After everything was said on done, she calculated support of $9.00 a month because she believed the other attorney’s bull. You are better off getting your own lawyer or doing it yourself through a paralegal. This office should be closed permanently because they do the child no justice.
