I recently went with my wife to purchase a bag all in BB. The product was exactly as expected, based on what we had seen online. We decided to make the purchase, and I was attended to by Daphne, who was incredibly kind and professional. During the payment process, the phone payment option wasn’t working, but after several attempts, Daphne suggested I use the card associated with my phone. Thanks to her professionalism and patience, the issue was resolved smoothly. I truly appreciated the excellent service and her helpful attitude in solving the payment issue.

I rarely leave reviews but I’m here to say Jeanne is AMAZING. When she talks she really look at the female customer too instead of just talking to 1 party and even though it was my boyfriend paying & doing most of the talking. Sometimes it’s really easy for SA ending up talking to the male so really feel like I’m getting the attention too. I’m also quite indecisive when it comes to shopping and she managed really well between giving us the time & making sure we were getting the assistance when needed. Just wanted to a say a thank you to Jeanne!

I have never purchased at this store, however whenever I have visited - the representatives have always been courteous and willing to show me anything of interest. I did not make a purchase in the store, but I was so empowered when I purchased from the website.

As a loyal LV customer, I unfortunately had an unpleasant experience at this location. I was greeted by Zoe, a manager, and asked for assistance in picking up an item my friend had purchased online for my birthday. However, when I asked a follow-up question, I noticed her tone becoming increasingly condescending. She insisted that my friend would need to travel from DC to pick up the item in person, and rather than helping me understand the store’s policies or offering any alternative solutions, she seemed frustrated by my inquiry. Her response was dismissive and impolite, which was very disappointing.

My friend had called this exact store in advance to confirm that I could pick up the gift, so this lack of clarity and helpfulness was even more frustrating. Although Zoe eventually provided a solution, her attitude remained far from friendly or empathetic. Empathy is a key quality in customer service, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking in this interaction.

I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed, which is not what I expect from a brand with such a prestigious reputation. I highly encourage customer service training for your employees — especially for Zoe. I will be reaching out to corporate to share my concerns, as this experience was unlike any I’ve had at LV before.

My son was in this store last night looking to purchase me a surprise gift before he leaves for deployment he stated the security followed him around every step that he made while waiting for assistance over 40 minutes which never came due to them catering to other Caucasian people and Caucasian families no one at all took 2 minutes to assist this young man besides a African American security guard who kept following him around the store he felt so discouraged and stereotyped that he left the store and phoned me about the situation this is ridiculously sad in this day and age you guys have to do better I have visited several other locations and never experienced this type of racism sadly my son had to. As a loyal LV customer myself I’m VERY disappointed
