The sales was very disrespectful. Last Saturday after I paid, the sales went to pack the bag up. When he came back, he handed the bag to my friend, who came with me but didn’t buy anything. I was like, what? I paid thousands of dollars but the stupid salesman didn’t know who he sold to. What a stupid choice to buy stuff here

Just wanted to share our POOR in store experience. My brother wanted to drop by the store before our dinner reservation and look at some bags he’s been eyeing online. We were inside the store browsing for a long time, no one approached us and it wasn’t even that busy. He finally spoke to someone and was told we had to wait for 30 minutes before an SA is available. The person was really rude and condescending. Bad customer service is a deal breaker especially from this luxury house. We just straight up left.

Probably one of the best LV stores I’ve visited from locations in NYC, Chicago, Denver and multiple in Las Vegas. My SA was Jennifer and she was fantastic, friendly and personable and told me about new products I’m eyeing now to add.

Great amount of sales people, decided after a nice dinner with the family we wanted to take a walk in the area, but didn't realize it was 30 min till closing of the stores. So we decided to go in and take a look at the new designs, as my wife was curious of the stock they carried. During this time we dealt with 1 particular salesperson and without any pressure from her, we ended up purchasing another great bag with a great deal. Salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the grain and material that handcrafted, along with the stitching and important value of the zipper. Without hesitation wife decided to add another to her collection of purses or bags. Highly recommended location, just be weary of the male manager who was closing. He'll give you the side eye. Lol.

First things first, their place is like stepping into a world of luxury. Immaculate doesn't even begin to describe it. It's like a fashion paradise in there! The service? Let me tell ya, there is one lady who is top-notch! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and they know their stuff. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, which is a big plus for me. Everything is in excellent condition. You can tell they take great care of their merchandise.
But here's the kicker. They actually host events for their VIP customers! It would be great to experience it because it's not just about selling stuff; it's about creating an experience. First time here! The store was nice my personal shopper was beautiful and very accommodating with my shopping needs and understanding I was shopping for my wife's perfect purse. There is no price in this world that comes close to my wife's worth.
