One word for you, cronut! Oh my gosh, best croissant donut, ever! Their breakfast sandwiches on their everything bagel, amazing! The glazed and sour cream old fashioned donuts, awesome! This place is dangerous. Thankfully it is 15 minutes from our house because we would be way too tempted to go there quite often.

I can see them selling out, so get there early. Not sure why there are haters complaining about that. It just means this place is wonderful and it is on you to get there early enough.

Yeah, the ladies working the counter are a bit grumpy, but they warmed up to us.

Anything less than 5 stars overall is a crime. Love Bugs is amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. Best donuts and bagels in Melbourne!

I'm torn about love bug bakery. Online and on their store page it does show that they are open until 1 PM. That is technically true. However, I would qualify them as being closed well before 10:45 AM.

I arrived with the coupons I received in the mail to try them out, having never tried them out before, and saw that every single one of their donuts was gone. So even if I wanted to try at that point, it wasn't going to happen and I didn't have a choice.

So being a business that pride yourself on donuts and being sold out more than two hours before you close to me is unacceptable. However, this may speak volumes for how good these donuts would be if I was able to try them.

So I decided to use the other coupon I had to assist in me getting a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich I wanted came on a cronut, but they were also out of that so I was unable to get it on that. So ordering two different sandwiches I went ahead and let them know that I was good to go. When I presented her with the coupon that allowed me to get that breakfast sandwich half off with an order of hashbrowns, the one individual that took that order seemed to almost roll her eyes at that coupon.

Not a great first impression for someone that's trying out your place for the first time due to these coupons.

I then ended up browsing some of their muffins while I was waiting and getting a banana nut muffin because they were out of the one muffin I did want, which was the French toast muffin as you can see from the photo.

So with my best guess if you are looking to come here, I would definitely recommend coming before 10 AM.

The saving grace was the one team member that when realizing they forgot to put my hashbrowns in the bag, ran it out to me to my car to get my attention.

The two sandwiches we got were OK. Nothing fantastic, and I can tell definitely not what they are known for.

So far, I am far from impressed.

The ambience and vibe but the inside is acute diner vibe. Actually, I would go as far as to say it's more of a café. Seems like a nice place to enjoy breakfast if you're going to sit in.

I hope to be back to actually be able to try the donuts, but they are known for, but the hassle of this in the experience encourages me not to.

I will update this review once I'm actually able to try their donuts.

P.S. - while I was waiting for mine I saw at least two parties come in to look and possibly order, only to see that every single thing has been sold out, and then proceeded to leave.

We love Lovebugs!! This is a great place to get doughnuts, coffee and breads. We love their cronut (Croissant doughnut).

I stopped in Monday for the 4th time and it was the 3rd time I left disappointed and empty handed. How can a donut place be sold out before 11am? And every time I have gone it has been between 9am-11am
The first time we went, I wasn't even greeted when walking in. An employee was cleaning the glass at the empty cases, and told myself and another customer not to touch or lean on the glass. We did end up getting a dozen donuts that time and the donuts themselves were good, but the icing was very sugary. But decided to go back. The second time there was only specialty donuts left, and an employee told us that we can call ahead to order if we know we are stopping. Then the last 2 times there was nothing but bagels and muffins.

Love Bugs Bakery offers the best donuts in Brevard County! The selection and variety are incredible. Be sure to arrive early; otherwise, you might miss out on the best options. Indulging in donuts from Love Bugs Bakery is my guilty pleasure, and no other donuts can satisfy my cravings like these!

so cute and so delicious! highly recommend coming as early as possible to get the best donut selection possible, and the biscuits and gravy was the best i’ve had in a LONG time! we will be back!!

Valentine’s breakfast this morning before work at Love Bugs. This place is so good! I just heard about it the other day. We split a sandwich called Hog Heaven and a PB&J donut. We could have easily halved the sandwich again. Originally we were just going to get our food to go to eat in the car but their atmosphere was so sweet. They worked so fast getting everyone in and out. We will be back for sure!

Wow! Finally made it to Love Bugs and this place rocks. Great variety of creative hand made donuts and pastries, plus an assortment of bagels and breads and fresh made to order breakfast sandwiches and more. Among the variety of donuts I picked up for work today, I grabbed the helping of biscuits and gravy. 2nd best I’ve had next to mine. Friendly staff and a nice store with coffee and all the extras too. Check it out! You might save a dollar or two at the chain donut shops but nothing in my opinion beats the fresh, creative handmade donuts you’ll find here.
