The image depicts a bustling scene at a Love's Travel Stop in Loxley, Alabama, as the sun begins to set. The iconic red heart logo of Love's shines brightly against the darkening sky, welcoming weary travelers and truck drivers alike. The well-lit parking lot is filled with a variety of vehicles, from sleek sedans to towering semi-trailers.

People can be seen walking around the lot, perhaps grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants or convenience stores located within the truck stop. The glow of the building's lights creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, contrasting with the cool night air. The overall impression is one of a vibrant and bustling hub of activity, a place where people from all walks of life come together to rest, refuel, and continue their journeys.

It is impossible to understand that after a long day, a driver cannot shower. Yesterday it was at the Pilot in Marianna, FL due to "water problems in the county." Today it is at Love's in Loxely, AL due to "pumping problems". I think it is a problem of poor administration.

8/2021 I was impressed at how clean the store is. The staff there does take pride in the store. The parking lot was clean. Inside the store was clean. My food was hot from Arby’s. The shelves had plenty of product. The staff was friendly and helpful and all looked nice in their uniforms. Very impressed.

On the smaller side. Store was clean & fairly stocked. Electronic payments were off & on. Guess service is bad. Worse of it was the showers & laundry room. Shower 1, probably has the worse mold I’ve ever seen. Each wall & almost all the tiles had mold. Also has aleaky shower head. Laundry room is the small & only 3 of the 6 machines were working.

I waited over three hours to get a tire changed on my truck without one customer in the shop. Unacceptable. I will never use love shop again. these truckstops don’t care about drivers. They just want our money. They treat us just like the rest of the country does, like crap.

Always pleasant cashier told us air didn't work but try bays 19/20 on truck side. Airhose had hole so we asked luvs truck repair. They said no we couldn't use their air. Gas station across the way had all the ends cut off hose. We would have had a prob if we hadn't spotted the tire repair who graciously put air in for us - no charge...come on Luvs repair sometimes personal vehicles need luv too!

The store is clean. It's the smallest restrooms at Love's Travel Store that i have ever seen, but it's clean and provides all the basic needs.

The staff, Or at least one of them is incompetent. That's the only word I could think to use for this scenario. I purchase thousands of gallons of diesel fuel exclusively from this corporation. I'm a "member" I earn "free" showers and "free" drinks but today I had to prove to this employee that I brought my cup in from outside because I earn a refill, not a styrofoam cup. That normally wouldn't be a problem, but the amount of investigative effort this person put into my drink refill was completely out of line. I spent $784 on this trip alone but this employee acted like she gets a bonus every time she tells a customer no, that styrofoam cup costs that company less than a nickel, but I had to prove myself like she acted like she caught me with a 75-in TV up my shirt. If I didn't know any better, I would think she earns $100 an hour for the amount of effort she put into fulfilling a perk of my membership.
