I will start by saying I don’t like going to Lowe’s or even home depot because every experience I’ve had with customer service has been terrible. Yesterday I was looking for something specific, after not being able to find what I wanted I finally asked this gentleman FERNY helped me and he not only helped me we guided me to the best product and even explained a little about the tools needed. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. You guys are very lucky to have this employee! I appreciated his advice and tips about what I needed to do. He needs a pay raise and a promotion.

I work on a ton of projects and I am constantly at this Lowe's or the Home Depot. I like both but Lowe's is cleaner. They don't carry the Milwaukee brand of tools. All of my power tools are Milwaukee brand so Home Depot is a must for that. As far as the garden section, it is plentiful with good plants and landscaping materials. This store is also better than the Home Depot for deck and patio furniture etc. The store overall is my choice for my projects. The restrooms though definitely need improvement.

At 12:45 pm. The nicest employees. They educated me upon purchasing an exterior front door and door handle set. They educated me as well had the patience to answer all my questions. Great job!

Sorry to report theor newly redone ladies' room had no trash cans. Thus, those that haven't been taught that T P goes into the toilet. And no trash cans by sinks because they don't like cleaning, so they installed blower hand dryers

I bought these beautiful plants for my room, the 🎄 tree is called 💰 Money Tree. I didn't know but now, l love it more! Both provide light, oxygen, green and positive things to my space. I have more plants and flowers from Lowes and Home Depot in my Apt balcony.

On August 14th 2024 around 1:00pm, I visited Lowe's in search of a specific valve for a home project, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Tony. From the moment I asked for assistance, Tony went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through the different options available. What really stood out was his willingness to ensure I left with the right product....... rather than rushing me out with the first thing we found. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were exceptional. I left feeling confident about my purchase, thanks to Tony's excellent service. Lowe's is lucky to have such a helpful and professional team member.

Very bad customer service with Angis Plumbing associated with Lowes plumbing contract. Multiple same day cancelations from Angis Plumbing. I Missed work twice to have no service done because of their last minute "rescheduling"

I love this place!! I think I should just get a job here - but then again my whole check would probably go back to them 😂 they always have everything I need and then some. I am currently remodeling my daughter's house and I only to Lowe's to get all of my home improvement stuff. As you can see the before and after photos of one of the bathrooms - everything was from Lowe's!
