Paint and body repair to my Fiat 500 after a tree limb fell on it at work looks great.
It was a challenge since there are graphics around entire car that made spot repair more difficult but they did an excellent job !!!

Bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from them vehicle was sounding funny and it was burning oil like crazy. They told me they would do some maintenance to it before they gave it to me. They said they had changed the engine oil on the vehicle and it was a completely lie. I came to a shop to change it myself because the vehicle was sounding funny the oil was COMPLETELY BLACK they lied and it was never changed. Absolutely disappointing!!

Let me start by saying that the sales team is phenomenal. They do everything they can to get you in a car at the price you can afford. No pressure, no tricks. The rest of this review is about the service department.

NEVER take your car to this place for service. Hands down, these are the filthiest con artists on the planet. I have had my car serviced here 4 times now. Each time, they try to upsell you things that you don't really need. That's not a shock and it's not hard to say no. It's a nuisance but I understand that's part of their job.

In May, I took my car for an electrical problem. A week later, they called and said they changed the battery and it would be $185. I thought that was fine and clarified that it would be that amount. I did request that they do further diagnostics because the issues were with the back up camera, error lights on the control panel, and intermittent drive mode issues. I thought it was more than a battery. They said they would keep the car and run diagnostics and get back to me. I called a week later. Left a voicemail. Called again. Left a voicemail. This went on for over a month. I went in person at one point, they were slammed, so they took my name and guess what? They never called me.

They had given me a loaner vehicle. I figured that when they wanted the loaner back, they would find me and give me my car back. The loaner was a cheap version of my own car anyway, so I didn't mind it too much. On June 17th, they called and said I owed them $535. I said that I thought the battery was the only issue. She claimed there was labor and shop fees and taxes. For a battery that every auto parts store installs for free? She said she'd call me back after she talked to the manager. Guess what? They never called.

So today I went in person AGAIN to figure it all out. They said I owed them $1365 for a rental car for 40 days! I was shocked. I don't have that kind of money. After much negotiating and being called names by the service manager, I paid $268 for a battery, with "parts and labor" and yes... you read that correctly... they charged me parts, labor, and a shop fee for installing a battery. Lo and behold, they never fixed any of the electrical issues at all. What were they doing with my car for 40 days? Probably running a rental scam on me.

Also, my car is filled with bug carcasses, has a scuff on the leather, has a broken visor clip, and there's a scratch on the rear quarter panel (which I hope is superficial and will buff out). I'm out $268 (AutoZone could've done it for free with a $155 battery). Plus, they damaged my vehicle and they are trying to get me for another $1225 because they "waived" a few days of the "rental" they gave me.

I've attached pictures of the error, scratch, leather scuff, and dead bugs, including larvae. I'm in complete shock. Sadly enough, I've purchased 2 cars from them. Fool me twice... I guess I had to learn the hard way.

One more thing, my car is under warranty. So, any of the electrical repairs they did, would've been covered under the warranty. Odd that they would pass up free money like that.

Needed a car to tow with our RV. We knew we wanted a Fiat with Manual Transmission and this dealership had the best selection in West/Central Florida. We contacted Dave Kurdys a sales consultant at the dealership and set up an appointment. He showed us the 3 cars we were interested in, eventually choosing the low mileage 2019 Pop. The dealership is immaculate, the staff very cordial and helpful. They even delivered it to our home in Sarasota. Great to have such a positive experience buying a car! Thanks Dave!!
