Easy to make appt - Service Manager (Brad) and the entire professional staff have always provided 5 star service to my vehicles. Keeps me informed of status via text or phone if I cannot immediately wait. The car is always washed and clean after service - nice to have attentive and knowledgeable service and sales personnel at Alfa Romero of Winter Haven. I would not go to any other place.

Careful with mechanic shop. Huge scam. Did an oil change, and went to see if they would clear the code. The head of the shop said only way is to drain the oil and connect the computer to it and do everything there. We declined and when my son got home he cleared the code in 2 minutes using simple steps. Huge scam. Stay away from the shop.

I got a key replacement at FIAT of Winter Haven. After a horrible experience at an automotive shop in Lakeland telling me I needed to replace my starter I knew I needed to go somewhere else. A friend contacted someone she knew and I had it towed to his shop. They told me it was the engine and I needed to junk it. My car only has 47,000 miles on it. There’s no way! He looked again and told me my key was bad. I had it towed to FIAT the next morning. Once David from FIAT called me I was a lot calmer. He let me know it was just the key and they will order them. It ended up not taking a week like he thought. Sure, I paid alot of money for the keys and service but after my other horrible experiences it was worth it. The people at FIAT Winter Haven was the best service I’ve probably ever had. Thank you!

Top notch service department, super friendly staff. Brad the service manager is knowledgeable and patient with us. If pricing was more competitive we would never go anywhere else.
