I went to Lucky Nail Supply today to buy gel polish, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner is so incredibly nice, helpful, and service-oriented—it’s clear he truly cares about his customers. The prices are amazing, and the selection is fantastic. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my nail supply needs. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

GREAT place is an understatement. The owner is spectacular & super knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection & you will NO DOUBT find what you are looking for. Not sure of a color name? Ask the owner. He for sure does. Another bonus? You will save a TON while still leaving w/ lots of product. They have everything you could ever need for your mani/pedi. I drive 35 mins to come to this place, that’s how good it is.

My family has been buying from this place for YEARS trying to support the owner and just the store in general. I have to admit, the prices are good for such high quality items, but the issue is the poor customer service. We have never had issues before up until this point. A family member of mine went to go buy nail polish from here and was on the phone with her father, distracted of course because she was busy at the moment. She had picked up a nail polish, and didn’t notice the signs saying not to try on the polish because again, she was distracted on the phone having an important discussion. She lightly tried the polish on, when all of the sudden, the owner, (whom my family has been trying to support by buying from their shop) came charging at her with such great attitude and rudeness. He yelled at her saying “Can’t you see all the signs throughout the store saying you can NOT try the nail polish on!?” and, “Look at you trying to be all sneaky trying on the nail polish back here.” She was walking down the aisles, looking to buy things. Sneaky, seriously Anyway, my family member was trying to be as polite as possible, apologizing for not realizing and admitting she was distracted. She said she would definitely be paying for the nail polish, but regardless the owner carelessly ranted about how it didn’t matter and that she shouldn’t be doing that, EVER, etc. Reasonably, my family member became upset and apologized over and over, to the point where she found herself saying her and her sister, mother and more had been loyal clients for years and had no intentions of disrespecting their business. Did the owner care at all? No. Couldn’t even calmly explain that she couldn’t do that, just immediately exploded on her. Even after all that unacceptable behavior, she managed to stay calm and paid for her items. She drove home upset the entire way. I noted how upset she was at home as well. How can ANYONE treat a customer this way? I would understand if she was being disrespectful and straight up RUDE, but that was the owner, not her. Why would you instantly have the thought to scream at a customer who was clearly confused and doing two things at once? She was even kind enough to apologize over and over, and not have an attitude. Really, if I was her I would not be able to contain myself as much. This is just plain awful. Beware of the customer service, never thought I would have to say this but here we are.

I have been coming here for nail supplies for the past 5 years. Their prices are similar to other nail supply stores in the area. Mitch is extremely nice! I've never had a problem with him. He is very knowledgeable of his products and always willing to help. They have a huge selection of nail polish brands, colors, and collections.
