Love, love, love! I used to shop at Lush a lot, then kind of forgot it existed until my coworker posted her fave Lush products (that I thought I'd like). Rather than do a blind buy, I popped in the store to smell it -- the product she recommended wasn't for me, but Sydney was so sweet and helped me find some goodies...including some soaps that were part of a fundraising effort for a cause dear to my heart. Once I got home and got the soap unwrapped and saw how fragrant it was, I went back a few hours later and purchased several more for gifts because I saw it was out of stock on the Lush website. I'm going to be a Lush customer for life now! I also really appreciate Lush's welcoming and inclusive stance amidst an increasingly polarizing and alienating geo & sociopolitical landscape. I was afraid of going to this lush due to previous management being awful but today when I went in I had the best experience. The new manager Abby is a very kind, welcoming, and over all professional person. I will definitely be coming back as I’ve never felt more welcome to a store. 10/10 💕💕

ACTIVESHOOTER: the Wellington mall was completely shut down after a loud boom happened in the food court. Unsure if I should run with the crowd or stay in lush… I’m so happy I stayed. For about an hour we waited in the back of the office unsure what exactly was going on. We were instructed to turn lights off, lock doors, and remain in the back of the store. I was with my two small children. The staff was so calm and relaxed. They assured me and my children that we’d be ok. After 30 minutes or so we found out it was just a firecracker in the food court. We were instructed to wait until the bomb squad came to assess first. What a day… the staff made us feel like we were at home. They all got on the floor and colored with us. My sons anxiety decreased and my daughter believes she has four new friends! A horrifying situation turned into a lovely meet n greet by a manager who was on it and a staff to follow! If I could I’d take them all to lunch one day. This day will forever be engrained in my heart as the scariest most sweeter day ever. Thank you!!! What a great company too.

Last weekend, I celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at Lush and the experience exceded our expectations. XT, Sean and Judah were in charged of the party and they did an amazing job. From the entertainment to the goodie bags, they made sure to make my daughter feel extra special. If you have a birthday party to celebrate, consider doing it at Lush at Wellington Green Mall ♥️

Maya ! She is the best! I love the stuff at this store but she took so much time to explain and show me what they have! I am a turtle lover and she showed me the Ninja Turtle soaps, and even massaged my arm with it for a few minutes... so amazing! Of course I had to buy, and I bought products for my teenage granddaughter! What a fun shopping experience! We will definitely be back!

The awesome customer service started as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by both Cassidy and Maya upon arrival and they both helped me understand the products and informed me of the differences between the 2 I was stuck on. They were both very informative and patient with me and I have never felt so seen before. They made me feel like I was more than a sale/number. I will definitely be returning to this Lush again.

I have not shopped at a Lush in years due to the pandemic, so I was not aware of the new products they had to offer. Maya, the store associate was so friendly, kind, took the time to explain every single product I had a question about. I definitely had a lot of questions and I wasn’t an easy customer, her service was impeccable. The manager, Katy, was also super polite and had a positive attitude towards my shopping experience. I had such a great experience I will no longer be shopping online. I will always come to the Wellington Lush. Thank you and the team! Amazing job keep up the hard work 💕👍

Serice is excellent. Products are great. Some of them have an odd odor, due to a lack of perfumes, so it’s best to get a sample. They have a great variety.
