This is a review for R+Co, as I cannot find another option for making a direct review. Their customer service is a joke. I have been ordering their hair products for some time, directly from their website, and before that I purchased in my former local salon.

When my most recent order arrived (placed on Oct 8), the box was full of products I did not order, and none of the products I did order were in the box.

R+Co then shipped the corrected order on October 27, and instead of doing the right thing -- shipping it via Express/Overnight since it was their mistake -- they shipped it by ground mail. I *still* do not have my correct original order from October 8, and FedEx is showing the shipment as delayed/TBD. Among my order were 3 travel-sized products, which I needed last week.

The customer service response has been terrible, making a joke out of the situation by calling it a "comedy of errors" and blaming the mail service. Seriously? How about taking responsibility? At the very least, R+Co should have sent my corrected order via Express delivery. They did not. They have not offered a refund or even a gift certificate as any kind of recourse.

We have many choices for hair products these days. R+Co has lost a loyal customer here by making excuses and not treating this situation with any respect.
