Quick visit in here to get my Christmas gift with my husband. I never like to come to these diamonds stores because I know I can never afford any of those beautiful things. However, when the associate came to help and I told him my budget he worked with us to find something I’d love! Raf was so friendly and helped make our visit comfortable and painless. Although my selection was small, I found exactly what I was looking for at a lower cost than my budget! They offer tons of financing options as well if that’s what you are looking for. Raf also explained that if anything ever went wrong with the necklace, we could take it back and they would fix. 10/10 would recommend!

I got my ring back from service. It’s so perfect when you don’t need to make a special trip to Disney Springs. I am so happy with my dream ring. Chocolate diamond and rose gold. Then, Bharti who makes the shopping experience each time relaxing and makes sure every experience is amazing. Bharti I rather hug you each time we visit. This time was not possible. Thank you for your love for people and customers who become your friends.

The experience of purchasing my new Tag Heuer smart watch was fun from concept to completion. The idea of wanting this watch crept into my thoughts as a want and the Luxury of Time at Disney Springs made it a reality. I looked at similar versions of the watch at different stores, but the purchase didn’t feel right. The perfect watch was in stock at the Luxury of Time and I couldn’t leave it behind. Darren and Raj were both patient and knowledgeable about the products we looked at. They laughed with my family and me and even though the store was closing they didn’t rush us out. I would recommend shopping at the Luxury of Time to anyone looking to buy a watch and learn about the watch they’re buying. You’ll love your experience!

BUYER’s BEWARE. Absolutely horrific customer service. After explaining over the phone to an associate that I have a ring purchased over 30 days ago and asked if I could bring it in to exchange the manager confirmed over the phone that they would make an exception and, “take care of me.” I made sure to mention that I was HOURS away from this location and that I need to know that this is possible because if not I’m wasting my time. So I drive a few HOURS to only be told in person that I cannot do that exchange unless I buy something worth double the value. This was not said over the phone at all. I spoke to the general manager which proceeded to blame me for not getting the woman’s name I spoke to over the phone, even though he admitted to knowing who it was I spoke with. He said there’s absolutely nothing he can do because I didn’t remember the name and he had to figure it out himself. He also mentioned that because it is 6 months ago that he cannot do anything. I told him I mentioned it was over 30 days ago and he said, “Well I didn’t know over 30 days meant 6 months ago. It could have been 4 or 5 years how was I supposed to know?” That should have been asked after I mentioned it was over 30 days if it was important how long after 30 days it was. Manager proceeded to blame me and could make 0 exception. The general manager is very rude and VERY hotheaded. That shows the true brand of this company. He told me I was deceived on the clarity when I bought the ring as well so that goes to show how this company operates. Definitely don’t recommend nor trust this company. I will ensure my grandparents spend no more money here and that I do not buy my other rings or jewelry here or at any of their offshore locations while going on a cruise ever again.

I recently visited Luxury of Time by Diamonds International in Disney Springs Orlando, FL. I had the great pleasure to work with Darren and Florence and I would like to share my experience. Upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by Darren and Florence, right out of the gate they were both friendly and extremely helpful. Both of these gentleman were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions that I had. The store was well up kept and they had multiple luxury watch brands such as Hublot, Zenith, Tag Heuer, Omega, and much more (a lot of selection to choose from) to look at and to try on to give you a sense of what the watch feels and how the watch looks to allow you to find the perfect watch and fit for yourself. Darren was extremely patient and you can tell his passion for the time pieces, we were even able to have wonderful conversations about our experiences with the watches we owned and the future time pieces we would like to obtain. I really enjoyed my overall experience as this was my first time shopping at this particular store. I can’t wait to return for purchases of future pieces to add to my collection!! Thank you again Darren and Florence as well as the rest of the team at Luxury of Time !!

I had the worst experience with this store. At the beginning, they’ll do anything to sell you a watch or jewelry, making endless promises about warranties. But once you’ve bought their product, they couldn’t care less and will try to charge you extra for services that should be covered. I bought a Bvlgari Serpenti watch, and the sales guy Florence swore up and down that it was unscratchable. I asked him multiple times to be sure, and he confirmed, plus there was a 5-year warranty. After my wife wore the watch just twice, we noticed a scratch on the front. We went back to the store to have it fixed under warranty, but the store manager, Kash, was quick to tell us that scratches aren’t covered, and we’d have to pay for the repair. I pointed out that their salesman had sold the watch as unscratchable, but Kash tried to spin it, saying scratches could still happen. He even wasted 5 minutes searching the Bvlgari website, but couldn’t prove his point. It became clear that arguing was pointless because they only care about making money. If something goes wrong with the jewelry or watch, their solution is to hand you the contact info for the official company, as they’re just a third party. There’s absolutely no reason to buy anything from them. The only reason I bought from them was because the Bvlgari Serpenti Tubogas was out of stock at the Bvlgari store at the time.

This was my first luxury watch buying experience and I am super happy with the outcome! I was walking down Disney Springs and noticed a brand I’ve been eyeing for a while in the window. I was warmly greeted by the staff and received the most amazing service from Bharit. She let me try on different watches and shared history/specs along with helpful advice on different styles. I also got to speak with the store GM and he showed me another amazing watch he recently got inspiring me even more to build my collection. They’re great and I highly recommend!
