My sister got her wedding dress from Lyndsey Robert’s Bridal and had an amazing experience. I knew based on what I saw then, that when it was my turn, Lyndsey and her team were who I wanted to work with. They were so professional and helpful I truly felt like family. Lyndsey included a cute jean jacket with my new last name which also had our wedding date, my veil, and a half gallon pink water jug as part of a special she had going on in store. I love my dress and it was a real show stopper!

My best friend Krista set the appointment and on 7/27/24 I purchased my dress. There were MANY to choose from and being short notice I bought off the rack. My experience with the staff could have been a little better in over all mission accomplished for me. I walked down the aisle on 8/22/24. I did have my dress dry cleaned seeing that I bought off the rack. I did notice a stain on the dress in my pictures later that night that went in-noticed. Make sure to do a once over with whatever you purchase as you know all sales are FINAL. The stain did come out of the dress by the way.

My Mom and I went here to find the dress of her dreams for her vow renewal. Wow what a wonderful experience Lyndsey and her staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond helping my mom obtain the most perfect dress and helped make her dreams come true! We can not express how highly we recommend this beautiful boutique for all of your formal dress needs! Absolutely stunning bridal collection and accessories. Made everything stress free and easy. Went here a year ago for myself and the staff was rude. Thought it might be an off day. Went here again a couple weeks ago for my cousin and they were still rude. At one point the owner said to my cousin that “she will never find the dress that she wants” because her expectations were unrealistic. Didn’t want any of us looking through the dresses on the racks, and said only staff or the bride could pull. Unenjoyable experience both times around.

They more accommodating with someone that's in wheelchair and they made all of us feel welcomed and had a great time. They let us bring things to make mimosas it was just amazing. I can’t begin to explain how wonderful the team is at Lyndsey Roberts Bridal. I was incredibly hesitant to start the wedding dress shopping process as a plus size bride (size 24 jeans). I contacted Lyndsey and she told me there was not a thing to worry about and that she would have plenty of dresses for me to try on. She wasn’t joking! I sent her inspiration photos and she had 5 ready to try on when I came in for my 2 hour appointment. Many more were tried on! They were all gorgeous with unique details that made each gown special. I ended up falling in love with 2 separate dresses. Lyndsey was able to combine the elements of the dresses to make the dress I said yes to! It came in within 7 weeks and it’s better than I could have ever dreamt 🥰. This has been such a positive experience and I’m so glad I found this shop. I have referred my entire family, and all of my friends who are looking for wedding guest dresses (and those who are getting married - for their wedding dresses) to her as well. The shop is clean and comfortable. Lyndsey and her team truly are amazing.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to stop in to look for a prom dress. The ladies were so sweet and so helpful. My daughter told them what she was looking for and they kept bringing dresses. They made her feel like a princess.
