It's a cure little shop with unique items in stock and ready. It's really a must see because it's sandwiched between two other fantastic shops. You don't have to step out into the heat to enter all three shops. There are connecting doorways to each one inside. It might look small from the outside but it goes back far and there's plenty to see.

We tried to buy a little golden book in this store that was marked 5.99 and when the girl rang it up it rung up as 26.24!!!!! When we questioned the clerk said oh we were supposed to mark that. We asked to honor the price since it wasn’t marked and she said, no!
Needless to say my friend and I walked out! That was ridiculous!! Found the same book online for even cheaper!

This place has the rudest associates. We were visiting Hot Springs for the day and walked into the shop as the door was open, we were at the very back of the store when a young lady came running out saying we needed to leave as the store was not opened that they opened at 10 the time was 956 there was other people in there also that she forced to leave the store, when I stated that the store was opening in 4 minutes she rudely told me she cannot watch everyone and we needed to leave. Will never go ghere again

I have personally never had a bad experience at this shop, but then again I’ve also never purchased anything from here due to how high everything is priced. They have a cute array of gift-y things but absolutely nothing you “need”. Every item no matter how small or cheaply made it is is priced at minimum around $10 and just goes up from there.

A lot of the products have “rude” or crude language on them so keep that in mind if you’re coming in with kids.

I like that they’re open late and that they have some cutesy stuff for people with niche interests, but I really don’t like the shop owners or their staff.

Mackenzie and the word extraordinary should not be next to each other. Mackenzie, the owner of this shop, is the true epitome of what evil is. There was a young women who worked at one of these shops, (which are all owned by the same people/in the same building), and she was the victim of a terrible crime that happened to her while leaving work (one of these shops.) Instead of helping the young woman and offering her support, they fired her. She was left with trauma and unemployment. Zero empathy from her boss. This shows to me this “boss,” who is really just someone who was handed a business from her family, is a true villain. Also, the stuff sold at this shop is just a bunch of overpriced junk that no one actually needs. If you support this shop, you are supporting EVIL. You are supporting people who could care less about their workers, and about the safety of women and children. Dear Makenzie, if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. All companies ran by this family needs to be shut down.

Cheap and tacky shop. My husband made a purchase. Instead of scanning his card or using the chip, the female clerk insisted on punching in his numbers. Within a couple of hours our bank caught a fraudulent charge on his card for "Uber Eats" They notified us and we cancelled the card right away. Well, I hope the employee had a nice dinner and choked on it. This place is super sketchy. Don't waste your time there.

Hipster souvenirs. Mostly socks and buttons. It’s ok though.
