I wouldn’t recommend this place the salesman lie they don’t honor their word and they don’t have any integrity of values for the company. I was told that I would be the first person to be able to have the option to buy this vehicle as I was driving on my way to the lot, it was sold by someone else, and I was just disregarded as if, the salesman’s word was no good. So now that I wasted time out of my day and having to drive from Little Rock to their location just to be disregarded does not show good customer service. I think it’s just bad business if you can’t trust a business who can’t trust Shirley not this place.

I wasn’t aware that both Justice Motors and Macon is separate companies. I’ve always had a great rapport with those of Justice but never will I ever conduct business with Macon! Paid cash for a vehicle in 2023 and it took a year to date to receive my title after having to contact the Arkansas State Police Department to mediate. Not only that the cost of the vehicle was horrendous for a 2012 with a bad motor. It took nearly 8 months for the motor to be fixed. I was offered another vehicle but the owner wanted me to pay more money.

My husband finally picked up the title and the owner had such a nasty unpleasant tone because my husband voiced his opinion about the run-around we were giving just to get both the title and vehicle fixed. Please do not conduct business with Macon! I believe the owner to be underlined racist. I wish I could give a zero star for service

Ask for ralph. Hell do you right. If you're looking for a good car or truck. Ralph is the guy to see. He has great vehicles at great prices. These guys know trucks!
