The people that work there are very unfriendly and not very helpful they don't ask you Hi how are you doing how can I help you they look at you crazy like what are you doing there that was my experience they need to change their attitude and be grateful and thankful and welcome customers 😔😔😔😔😔!!

Awesome shop to stop at if you're downtown Palo Alto and need some cold drinks, snacks, or something to increase the enjoyment while eating or shopping good price but be prepared to pay for what you want plan to visit often if you enjoy vaping I purchased one it's very true to it's application as needed
