So this location is one of the best Macy’s that I’ve been to. Very well stocked with a super large variety of product for the customers. For the most part, it is clean and well organized, but there are a couple areas that they could work on. Customer service was remarkable, friendly and helpful to the utmost. I found everything I was looking for and them some. I highly recommend this store. .

Victoria at the fragrance counter is AMAZING! She is always so super helpful and always greets us with a smile. We will be back and definitely recommend others to come and see her.

My visit was great. I went looking for cologne. It was not in the store. But, I did purchase another fragrance, Sexual. The young lady was pleasant and helpful. Macy's is the main department store. I have shopped at every since it was Rich's in Century Plaza in Birmingham, Alabama.

Never use the online shopping. You will not receive your order. Have to call them several times to receive a partial replacement for your order and if you don’t like the product and returned them, you will not receive any refund!!!!! Have to spend hours trying to talk to the customer service and be told you will receive your refund which you will never receive it!!!!! And finally after calling and calling for several days, the customer service will set your expectations that it will take 10 business days to receive your refund and call back in case you don’t receive it!! It’s an infinite loop!!

Customer service was ok but not great or not even good. I bought some perfume and nobody was friendly on the day before mothers day. The escalator going down did not work today, so people did not like that.
