Amazing food and service. The serving size was huge. The taste was amazing like home made food. It was really hard to decide what to get because there were so many amazing options. I will be returning soon.

The pastry department is awesome 👌🏻!!! The food not so much. How is it? that lately spanish people are starting to forget how to flavor their cultural food. Had the " congris rice, ropa vieja, and mojitos yuca" it was disappointing. The traditional flavor will not be there if you don't season your food. This plate tasted like Golden Coral food!!! I'll just stop in for the pastrys from now on. First and last time trying the food section. My gut instinct was right by the looks of the appearance.

We felt like we were in a miami bakery but so much better. Friendly staff and we were promptly helped with our order. The food is delicious, cakes was too, and the baked goods even better!

1st..you can't even talk to or see anyone face when ordering because you have way to much stuff all of the tops of the cabinets which looks so unorganized and over crowded. 2nd..you need to have someone that can speak English. I could never go in there without my husband. They seemed annoyed I couldn't understand them.
3rd. The food was just ok. The con Leche was about a 6 compared to other places I have gotten it.
It was my 1st time in and will try it one more time.
The reviews about mold are quite disturbing so I will probably just eat the hot foods that are served.

For a Sunday place was packed. Not being Cuban had no idea what to get. Nice gentleman in line said the guava and cheese I call puff pastry would be a good choice. Excellent.

A 24 hour Bakery on Waters and Hanley is a bright and colorful place inside and out. With an amazing array of sweet delectable delights, it is a bit overwhelming when you have to decide what to buy. What a wonderful problem to have. Choose wisely.

I came for the food. My first time I went for Baked Chicken with one of their half a dozen different rices. I got the wife Ropa Vieja with Rice. Sided with Ripe Plantain and Yuca. Both were very good. Huge heaping servings of rice and a couple other items astonished me, I kept waiting for her to stop and she just kept going. It comes at a cost of about $15 per plate. You will eat twice from one plate on items that are free-served.

Awesome Cuban sandwich. Wish more staff spoke English as I wanted to order some deserts after my Cuban but no one could understand what I wanted. Will go back though as the Cuban was excellent.

They have a Really good selection of items to choose from, and they have some of the best Cuban bread on the planet. It's truly phenomenal! I was very impressed with all the menu items. The Maikel's sandwich was loaded. The ropa Vieja empanada is the best empanada I've ever had. I've edited my review because I've ordered here several times now and I must say this place is hit or miss on quality, and if you order late the portion shrinks as well, but it's so delicious and flavorful even when they skimp or the quality isn't the best. I have had a bad experience, but the good outweighs the bad. I only knocked down my rating by one star because the last time they messed up my order, but I will continue to patronize this business either way.
