I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the reliability of your mail services. Previously, your employees ensured that our drop-off mail was promptly and correctly sent. However, the new employees responsible for preparing the mail labels have consistently failed to send out the mail, which has created significant problems for our business.

I strongly advise against entrusting your mail to these employees, as they have proven to be unreliable. Furthermore, when inquiring about the status of our mail, we were met with an unhelpful and unprofessional attitude, lacking any semblance of customer service.

To ensure the proper handling and delivery of your mail, I recommend taking it directly to the post office.

I left my 2 packages, one for FedEx and one for DHL to get shipped out. Neither of the packages made it to their locations, costing me over $500. Its been over a month, and when i questioned them they had no answers for me. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years and I can no longer trust this company. Very disappointing.

There are simply not enough words for awesome to aptly describe the staff at Mail Mart in Grand Terrace! I have had a PO Box there for a few years now and always look forward to stopping in to check my mail because I know it will be a happy and positive experience! Reasonable rates and incredible professionalism! Always helpful when I need to send something and always explain all my options. If you need a PO Box or to send a letter or package do not go anywhere else!

Wasted 15 minutes waiting here to get a livescan done (while next in line behind someone also completing a livescan). Just when it was "my turn," another customer enters (for a livescan), and the clerk takes THEIR paperwork and begins working on, the computer with it. This in IN SPITE of my protests that I was "on the clock."

This unfortunately was not a one-off occurrence -- in October 2023, I came in for a mailbox rental. After waiting in line, I had just begun the process when other customers entered. Immediately I was left standing there while the new customer had their requests fulfilled. I eventually left and got a mailbox rental elsewhere.

I don't understand this pattern of "service," but it isn't for me. I'll definitely avoid returning again.

In response: I waited silently when you initially left to go and greet the new customers, asking why they had come. When they said "livescan" you checked their paperwork and then explained to them they'd need "cash," since it was not prepaid. All that was certainly more than "2 seconds." THEN, you brought THEIR paperwork to the computer and began working there, in spite of the fact I'd been waiting and was on the clock.

I (now) understand it's your PRACTICE to spend time working with new customers as they come in, regardless of those already "in progress." If I had plenty of extra time to stand around, then no big deal. That is not a luxury I typically have.

Checking my records, it was actually May of 2024 when I attempted to sign up for a box rental. After several new customers were taken while I was put "on hold" repeatedly, I was simply taking too long for the amount of time I had.

Geno and his wife are amazing people that go out if their way for the community. I've had questions about how to ship and best ways to ship and most price efficient ways to ship and they've always helped me and my husband with these processes. I had to ship things back east and had items in a box that was way to big. Geno, helped me repack everything and it cost me half the price. Mail Mart is a definite plus to the community.

This is a great, convenient one-stop shop. I don’t have any reason to go anywhere else while I’m still in the area. Customers get their money’s worth when they come here. God bless Geno and his family. They always provide the best service and are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I was recently in a tight situation, and Geno gladly went out of his way to take care of it.

My late husband had a PO box here or I would have never known about it. Even though I cancelled his PO box 5 years ago, I still go there for shipping services and copying keys. The owners are very nice and even remember my name after all these years, even with a mask on! Highly recommended
