Maison Baby & Kids is a store we highly recommend. Their product selection is extensive, and the staff is remarkably friendly. The store's ambiance is delightful, and we were pleased to find the adorable jelly cat ~beatie rouge from the new Valentine's collection. My daughter is ecstatic. As a shopper, I value a welcoming atmosphere, professional service, and a diverse range of products. We anticipate our next visit soon.

Exceptional Service and Genuine Kindness

We recently traveled from Buffalo to Orlando, and unfortunately, a part of our stroller was lost by the airline. In a moment of stress, we called this store late at night, and to our surprise, the owner answered. She went above and beyond, her husband even went to their warehouse after hours just to get the part we needed, ensuring we could enjoy our day at Disney with both of our daughters in the same stroller.

When we arrived at the shop, we were greeted by the warmest, most energetic, and passionate owner. She truly cares about her customers, and her boutique is absolutely stunning, one of the best I’ve ever seen! The level of care, kindness, and engagement she shows is unmatched.

This was not just a shopping experience; it was an act of genuine kindness that made our trip so much better. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business and the amazing person behind it.

I LOVE this store. I used to live in the area and always loved popping in. I was looking for a jellycat bunny for my daughters first Easter and they sold out during their jellycat event. A few days after the event they called me to tell me they found one more bunny in the warehouse! The costumer service at this store is unmatched. They went above and beyond for me when I haven’t physically been in the store in a few years. The absolute best 🤍

My husband and I called SO MANY STORES looking for one simple plush toy. I called this store, fingers crossed, after so many other stores were sold out. Ashely, this angel, answered and said she had actually pulled it off the shelf this morning when they opened, having a feeling someone was going to call and need it. That person was yours truly! She was so sweet, no hesitation putting it on hold while my husband and I traveled nearly an hour to grab it! My child only wanted this one plush for Christmas, and now has her one wish <3 Thank you, Ashley, for being so helpful! And Kiera, for helping me while in the store. Also, such a cute store for your littles! So many unique finds! Worth an hour of travel to discover such a cute store with amazing staff! Thank you!
