The Sandbar used to be THE Place to shop on the island... Since Covid, their prices are way above reasonable. I made two stops in on this trip, as I do every year and sad to say, walked out empty-handed, yet again.

This is a great little shopping plaza quite a few little stores. The subway is out of this world the staff there is right on top of things. Also the Manatee county tag office is right in the parking lot. It's got a new makeover and it really looks good. Hope they can fill the big vacant store soon.

Lots of shops and stores with reasonable hours and not very congested except for around 5 in the afternoon. Well kept parking lot and tons of parking spaces. It's also the location of only two Kmarts in Manatee County.

Subway is very good here. There isn't much else in this strip mall. The Subway is good enough to keep standing there no matter what. Great subs and friendly service. Only location I visit in Manatee County.

Most of the shops are closed. Subway, Laundry and Saloon are one of the few open shops. Subway staff is very friendly and helpful, service was fast. Overall experience was good.
