I never have any issues when shopping at this Manolo’s, everyone is always super friendly with me and makes sure every single customer is taken care of.
Today I was there and seen a cashier I always see; who’s been there the few times that I do go there, her name is Maria and she is just the sweetest person ever. She deserves some recognition as well as the staff at the juice counter for aguas frescas, everyone is always so helpful!

Clean and big grocery store in the middle of El Cajon. They have a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. the appetizers look so good and they use the kind of big shrimp as well. I tried the seveche and it was so good there also have roasted chicken that it was juicy, big, and tasty. If you need a birthday cake you can't go wrong with them.

Above board. Higher prices but all fresh food, cooked food salad, tortillas fresh salsa, Mexican items, and American too. Produce is the best. Clean and organized.

I had the worst experience at Manolo Market today. I went to the service counter, and the staff there were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They were dismissive and made me feel completely unwelcome. It’s unbelievable how poorly I was treated, and I won’t be coming back. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and it’s a shame because I used to think this place had potential. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

Extremely overpriced! Came here expecting fresh pan dulce like before and sadly it's gone 😭. Haven't been here in YEARS! grabbed the prepacked pan and sadly it's not fresh. Came for a gallon of milk instead of going to a regular grocery store to save on time and it definitely cost my wallet.

First time and I would say that overall it is a great neighborhood grocery store. Great selection of meats, pastrys, and hot plate meals. Also have fresh tortillas!

I only go for the fresh flour tortillas, when ever I'm in the area. As I'm reading other people's reviews I must say..YES some of the cashier's are rude and they all ask out LOUD are you using EBT ? I ONLY WISH I WAS ! BUT IM NOT 😥 I do think it's rude to ask out LOUD to your customer's and I don't care what reason you need to ask the customer IT'S RUDE !!! I used to order food from there but when one of the Cooks finished making my burrito when I was ordering one day I waited until he was finished and told him I did not want it. I asked for his manager and told his manager that he was touching raw chicken and then going back and forth trying to make my burrito without ever changing gloves or wash his hands. I told them I wanted my money back they give it back to me with no problem. But did they fix the problem ? no they did not a week later I encountered the same thing and the same guy I'm surprised he didn't remember me!!!!! so I do not buy food from there at all nothing just flour tortillas if I'm in the area. Other then that I shop in Chula Vista.
