No as bad as review said. But they take a while working in your truck. I had an appointment at 1 pm and check in at 8 am. They gave me a dock at 9 am. Have taken more than 2 hrs to get me loaded but at least you can check early.

Terrible place! Pregnant women are treated very badly or everybody is I mean! They don’t pay good at all! The new shipping supervisor at plant 1 treats people badly! Told me he didn’t care about my babies I was pregnant with twins at the time and he wouldn’t leave me alone and caused me to almost have a stroke from running my blood pressure up got admitted into the hospital and had my boys early! He shouldn’t lead anyone! Nobody deserves to be treated like that! They also don’t pay your vacations you have to file for unemployment which is wrong. No raises PTO or anything I had to fight to get FMLA being pregnant with twins which was high risk for me and I could get it it but had to return to work after driving all the way to Huntsville. Then they all of a sudden read my paperwork wrong and told me I couldn’t work because I was a high risk to them which was wrong so they took 76 hours of my FMLA time that was for appointments only and never gave it back or gave me any back pay! They always cater to people and give them leaves then some they don’t work with like me for instance! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here!

Got a rug from Walmart, looked up the company that makes them, it’s maples rugs, wrote an email because in less than 2 weeks the poor quality rug was ruined. Small 5x7 area rug cost 70 bucks! Got a response from a Sherri Allen who offered another poor quality rug, when I expressed interest in a different option, ie: refund, she becomes unresponsive.. 4 emails later and still nothing.. so I’ll take the loss of the 70, but if you see maples rugs on the tag of one you wanna purchase, just save your money!

I'm a truck driver. I was at the 1005 heroes dr. Location. I had an appointment at 1 p.m. I called ahead of time to see If I can possibly get loaded early. The lady said that it was possible & that they could work me in in between other trucks. I get here @ 0915. Needless to say, I had to wait til my original time to get loaded. I did not get a doot til 130. I go in the office to see what the problem was & then once they see they were passed my pickup time, they asked to to go to a dock just to see If I was gone be quiet. I been at this dock for 5 hours to get loaded. They are extremely slow @ this location. I will not be back here to deliver or dropoff. This is one of the worse locations & experience that I have had. I WOULD NOT recommend any driver to come here. Corporate will be called & notified. I'm sure that I'm not the only driver that feels this way. I would of gave them a rating of 0 stars If I could, but you have to give atleast one stat to post....

I have never posted a review like this before, I try to only post positives. This facility pushed me to the point of changing my mind.
We had a 1500 pickup appointment, we got here early as a courtesy.
It is now 1945 and we are being told it will be another two and a half hours, minimum.
This is the epitome of bad business and bad management.
I will never darken their doorstep again, and I will make sure all my driver friends know about this place.
I am thoroughly disgusted!

Truck Drivers avoid this place at all cost. Takes a minimum of 7hrs to load. These people are beyond slow.

I had a wonderful experience with this shipper. I arrived at around 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment had me loaded at 3:23.Keep up the good work.

I wasn't going to post but since I have tried for two weeks now to reach someone from customer service with no luck I'm posting. I purchased this brand of rugs less then a year ago and they are already fraying (or fuzzing). They are beautiful patterns which was what attracted me to them in the first place but they shouldn't be doing this already if at all. We only have three people in our house so it is not like there is a ton of foot traffic either. I was disappointed that this happened and more so that not a single person responded to me.
